Very friendly atmosphere here. Dr. Dong explained each step during my eye surgery so I knew what was happening. The whole staff treated me as if I was their only patient that day. I happily give this practice a five star rating.

I have been their patient for many years. I have been to multiple optometrists and ophthalmologists through out my life. This office provides the best eye care I have ever experienced. They always strive for and achieve excellence! They do all of that while bring very kind and compassionate as well!

This is an amazing eye care facility. I feel confident about the diagnosis and treatment plan we were given. Everyone is professional from the front office to the techs and the doctor. They work as a fluid team. The doctor was enthusiastic and thorough in her work. I was so impressed with this facility. I highly recommend them. They closed out by writing my daughter a “prescription” for a free scoop of ice cream at Hodgson’s. It was just what she needed after the rigorous process of thorough testing. Truly the best experience ever with an eye care facility.

The staff and Dr. Jon are just amazing. I’ve been going to FPEC for years, never had a bad experience and believe 100% they put their patients eye health at the top of the list. I will never trust anyone else with my eyes.

My son was referred here by our eye doctor for vision therapy. For the first couple of months we payed hundreds of dollars per visit weekly, just to later be refunded majority after insurance paid them. They are “in network” for our insurance provider yet they don’t do any work to determine your plan or what you should pay. After months of weekly visits with no billing issues we go in and are told we owe almost $800 because our insurance hasn’t been paying. 5 points refused to figure it out and said it was our responsibility. After I had to initiate a group email with our insurance and 5 points eye care it was determined they had billed the last many visits incorrectly. Now 2 months after this discrepancy we are being told we can’t have vision therapy scheduled for our son until we get insurance figured out. I don’t understand so many things here. Why does an in network provider not know what to expect to be paid, much less how to properly bill an invoice to an insurance company they are a provider for. Or why we were billed in full for each visit. Or why they refuse to reach out to an insurance company. Or why we are always responsible when they choose not to do their job. Or why they can’t figure out billing and cancel eye care for my son. This place has been extremely unprofessional and I hope other families aren’t being put through the wringer like we have- simply trying to help their children. I honestly can not understand all of the good reviews on here because our experience has been so confusing with so little help by 5 points.
