Lynn or Lin was an amazing help to provide a great experience at fleetfeet. I had my feet measured and analyzed and was astonished by the technology that I was able to see! I originally thought I should not wear cushioned shoes but she recommended due to the lack of cushion from my altras that I should have cushion to help with my runs. They have an awesome 2 months trial “run” haha which is amazing on deciding the perfect shoe as it is an expensive investment. All in all, thank you again!

They have Very knowledgeable staff. They used a fitting device to take 3-D pictures of my feet and analyzed the shape of my feet. Watched how I walked and carefully selected a few pairs for me to try on. I got a pair of perfectly fit Nike shoes at the end! I also brought the inserts they suggested for my left foot to help with my walking / Running. Good place to shop running shoes. They have lots of options here!

I’m a new runner and went into Fleet Feet today to look at shoes to reward myself for 50 miles in October! Dominic was really amazing and he helped me through the entire process. He scanned my feet to help me find the best fit and then brought out an assortment of options to try on. The shoe color that I wanted wasn’t in the store, so I went ahead and ordered them through the website. I also got a nifty running belt and some gels in the store because I was so pleased with the customer service that I didn’t want to leave empty handed. I was very impressed and would absolutely revisit for future shoes and gear! Thank you!

Dom helped me get fitted for my first pair of running shoes. I had more than a few questions about running and their shoes. I didn't realize the hundreds of different running shoes available that varied in material and construction, felt overwhelming, to say the least.
Dom was not only friendly but also knowledgeable about the products at Fleetfeet. He gave me a few recommendations based on my foot's construction and walking pattern, and with his help, I was able to purchase my first running shoe. The service is exceptional. They have a 3D scanner to accurately measure size, width and arch. Sales associate took the time to ask what problems I was having with my feet and made suggestions on shoes that would help resolve the issue. He also made suggestions on other things to try to help resolve any discomfort (some purchased solutions and some solutions were not sales oriented). I have never felt sales pressure and they have a generous return policy (use the shoe for 3 months and bring them back if not happy). I recommend the Johns Creek location and will continue to shop here.

This is the best running shoe store on the planet, I’m convinced. Honestly I have been a nightmare to find a good fit for (difficult feet that are very different shapes/sizes) that will accommodate a litany of old injuries and health issues. Darby has been along for the entire rollercoaster ride and Taylor has been a huge help too. I live over an hour away in rural northeast Georgia and it is so well worth the trip. My husband and his mom have always run a lot and they swear by fleet feet and I am the same way now. I will never buy running shoes anywhere else, period. And this is my store location of choice 1000% hands down.
