I would steer clear of here.
I have very high blood pressure and after it not going down in two months, I have called multiple times and have yet to receive a cal back because I just want a referral for a cardiologist.
Last time I went in, I had an appt with a therapist. When I arrived, the receptionist told me she was going to be 10-20 min late.
She said she tried calling me the day before.
She didn’t leave a message and somehow that was my problem not hers.
She is extremely rude trying to push off her mistake on me.
The manager did come and talk to me after the receptionist claimed I was highly upset.
I wasn’t upset, I was mad at her lack of professionalism blaming me for her not leaving a message.
I would also not see the therapist, five min of talking to her I walked out.
Changed my doctor, at least the call back.
If you have any serious issues, don’t use them.
They don’t care.

This place has been such a gift!
They have helped me get from being without health care for 5 years plus, to feeling cared for: referrals that were necessary were quick, the staff is pleasant, and Shannon is a wonderful listener and problem solver. I am so glad I chose this place off the long lists!

Doctor: Shannon Fisher

Short version: DONT GO HERE, his doctor was horrible. Scarred us for life, she messed with the wrong family. This is our first child and was recommended here but time and time again his doctor had shown no care for our child besides causing stress and depression making us THINK we aren’t great parents as our child wasn’t gaining much weight. Had she actually listened to me and took the initiative to hear and research MY health problems she would’ve found out our son was in need of very special formula but instead tried claiming we were allowing our baby “failure to thrive” and called DHS on us two days before my fiancés birthday and us moving within this month on top of actual reasonable suspicions/enough proof. Which the doctor we went to see at Children’s Hospital said he has no idea where she got her information or why she didn’t help more because our situation was “bread and butter” were his words. He also apologized for her actions time and time again claiming what she did was incorrect and not right.

Long version: Our recent appointment his doctor recently weighed him and he only gained .2 of a pound after a bit of talking she said we should go to children’s hospital within the week. So, within the week, we called children’s hospital to ask them where we would need to go and how long it may take but then got told we needed a referral to make an appointment so we called our child’s doctor for a referral which took more days. Finally they received the referral which they then had to go over it which took another day. They told us they couldn’t get him in until November which didn’t sound right considering this was urgent and likely a GI/sensitivity issue as I had when I was born. So we called his doctor back and explained we can’t wait until November what other options do we have? They said take him straight to the ER which we did the next day but in that time frame of say two weeks she called DHS on us for HER stupidity and long drawn out roundabouts instead of saying from the get go to go to the ER. She even said over the phone in a rude manner “I told you to go to the ER” which she never told us until that day and a few other words that almost sounded like she was treating my fiancé like a child instead of a NEW parent or even an adult for that matter, just no respect or actual care. So, when we went to the ER for him not gaining weight and checking his GI after the doctor found out about my health conditions as a child the doctor almost instantly said our child has the same health problem and would get our child on that formula. Doctor debunked every bad or negative thing Shannon Fisher said, from the dehydration, to the failure to thrive, to the “just change formula” and even saying “our child can’t get his shots” the doctor said “he had no idea where she got that info and our child could in fact get his shots”. Now, how hard was that? Not even minutes later this doctor said this. But yet his doctor had him for two and a half months without any idea or thought about my health conditions and helping our child. On top of all of that she calls DHS on us? This isn’t a pediatrician but someone who has only caused more harm, damage, stress and depression on my family. I will likely be taking her/fountain valley to court for the stress, damage, defamation and turmoil caused by this false report to the DHS on top of the neglect to actually help our son grow and be healthy as she didn’t have a care in the world about his health and correct formula, she’s the reason our baby hasn’t grown she couldn’t even attempt to see if maybe our child had some milk protein sensitivity or anything and needed a very special/specific formula. If anybody should’ve had DHS called on them it should’ve been her.

Update: Since the change in formula, he’s gained nearly 4 lbs. in 3 weeks.

Don’t care what other reviews say, this is my whole families experience. My mom needs heart surgery, she’s about to die, and I’ve been calling once every couple months and they said they just forgot, that happened 3 tiems, now with me, I have hip and nose problems, I can barley move and they did the same exact thing. They literally just forgot to send referrals for my appointment another 3 times, Now I have a follow up appointment for something I haven’t even been scheduled in 2 days. There are no good staff working here or else they’d prioritize others health. My mom can have a heart attack at any given time and they are so careless. I’m surprised they haven’t been shut down.

We had an Appointment today with FNP Jordan and were very happy with the Visit, incl Kathy the Receptionist. This is our first visit here since our Son has his own Insurance now. A referral was initiated for a Specialist. I read all these negative reviews but you as a Patient have a responsibility as well to check on stuff not only the Healthcare provider.
