The staff is very helpful, friendly and efficient. They went out of their way to help me get a medication for my son that another big pharmacy could not get. I was too weak to go to the pharmacy on Saturday, by Sunday my asthma was severe and I asked a friend to get my prescription from the pharmacy... except it's Sunday and they are closed. A pharmacy should be open 7 days a week. I now may have to go back to the ER for a breathing treatment or just suffer until 9am Monday. Folks are sick 7 days a week, they don't get Sundays off

I also had a bad experience with trying to get a vaccine here. They told me to arrive at a certain time. I did and their vaccine person had an emergency and had to leave. I left work early to come since they told me THAT DAY I would be able to get the vaccine. Thankfully Walmart had a few appointments open the next day. I need the vaccine for my work by a certain date and counted on what they told me was correct.

This place is a hot mess. Called at 9:45 this morning to see if they had vaccines. They said they were unsure if they would be doing vaccines but they would call me if they were going to do them. An hour later the pharmacists tells me they’re still not sure if they’re gonna be opening up a vial because they haven’t had enough interest. By Noon they would call and let me know. No call, and when I called at 1, they told me all their appointments for today were taken and it would have to be tomorrow. What happened to calling me? Why take my information down at all? I was really hoping this place would have had better service because of the convenience and I try to support small businesses. But man. What a disappointment.

We are extremely pleased with the quality and compassion that we have received with all the Pharmacist that take such personal care of my family. They watch for our health and best interest, something that is totally lacking in the big pharmacies that are glorified supermarkets, with terrible service. BENZER PHARMACY IS FOR US, THE PEOPLE! It’s too difficult to get my medicine with them. They don’t plan the entire treatment, they’re always late, don’t send medicine on the time, don’t answer calls or text message. I’m very upset. I spoke with manager and he granted things would get better and I’m trying to reach them for a week and again, no answer, and I run out of the medicine again.
Terrible customer service.
