We were down for a week 4/28-5/5. On 4/30 my motor died while fishing . I got a tow from Sea Tow to Four Winds Marine . I called on the water and PETE,service, said bring it in . They Diagnosed the problem (fuel pump ) .MIKE,parts, picked up the fuel pump on the way in to work the next morning and Jordan,mechanic, did the work . I was back on the water in less then 24 hours with motor running perfect. .
TOP NOTCH service from a dedicated crew

Rented a boat for a day from this establishment. A very quick and nice experience. We were a little late bringing the boat back. A couple got stranded on the bocca sand bar so we took them to elders marina. Even being late they didn’t harass us, just called to verify we were coming back. The boat was great, and it fit our family comfortably.
Probably will use them to rent boats in the future.

They should rename it Five Star Marina. All of the people are great, they have a great Ships Store, and the place is spotless. We've been storing our boat inside the barn for 6 years now and would never think about going elsewhere. Thanks for always great service!

Rented a 24' Key West CC on June 7th. Boat was in excellent condition and the marina provided instructions and area map. The boat had a Garmin chart plotter. Along with a free download of Navionics mobile app we had no problem navigating the area. Great location for fast access to good fishing, Cayo Costa, Boca, Cabbage Key, Captiva, etc.

I brought my boat in for service to Four Winds Marina on a recomendation of a friend , my yamaha engine would not stay running at idle. The service manager Paul Mecke was fantastic. I'm in the marine industry and am always skeptical of marina service departments.
Paul took a look at the boat immediately, gave me a likely scenario of problem, cost, availability of parts and then called me a few times to update me on how things were going. I asked him to do a few other things, got my boat back in 2 days.
Paul was extremely knowledgeable of Yamaha engines and totally has renewed my faith in people.
A few days later I asked him to install a Power Pole anchor. Same deal.
Great Customer Service.
I will never bring my boat anywhere else for Service.
Paul is the Man.

We brought our boat to the marina for service and was gravely disappointed. I gave one star because the mechanic Paul, was very nice. However, this Yamaha certified dealership didn’t want to be bothered finding out the problem with our Yamaha motor. They took our boat, and called back 2 or 3 days later to say come pick up your boat- we don’t want to spend the time finding the problem! What kind of service is that We were completely shocked!

I’d like to mention we brought our boat to another repair facility, and they found the problem in 1 day! We would never go back to Four Winds and we are still shocked at the lack of service we got!!
