I had a great experience at Frame of Mind. I consider myself to be an "eyewear connoisseur," and I love boutiques who carry unique eyewear. The sales associate was polite and helpful (unfortunately, I forgot her name). My husband purchased about three pairs as well. I'm looking forward to going back to purchase more.

Very happy with my overall experience. I bought a beautiful pair of oversized rimless Gucci glasses while out shopping one day and I wanted my prescription in them. I called around and ended up with FOM and the other designer retailer at Phipps. After bringing the frames in, the other store said with my prescription it would be impossible. I brought them upstairs to FOM, it took a little while to get it just right but we got it (2 weeks). They used the same lens thickness as my old pair of glasses and beveled the edges to reduce to look of its thickness. They even do beveling (smooth and diamond) for free which I was amazed by. Thank you for taking the time to do this for me, it wasn't cheap but I got what I wanted. If you're looking for a custom glasses shop this is it, they can do anything, even with a -7 prescription. I've gotten tons of compliments on my new glasses and beveled lenses

I purchased a pair of $420 Tom Ford glasses on August 12th 2023. I got home and wore them around the house to make sure they were going to be comfortable on the bridge of my nose. After several hours of wear I decided they felt too heavy to wear long term and I needed to take them back and exchange them for a lighter pair or get a refund. Exactly one week and one day later I took the glasses into the store. Walking in with my bag in hand the clerk noticed I was returning glasses. She did not have a pleasant attitude with me and when I asked her to please refund my glasses she pointed to a tiny sign on the counter that said they do not refund only exchange. I told her I was not made aware of the policy when I purchased the glasses and was then told that it is also written on my purchase receipt. I told her that was a little late in the game to let someone know they could not return for a full refund. She was only going to give me the refund for my glasses and not include the $30 plus dollars I paid in taxes. I asked her for a receipt of something in writing saying that I had the store credit. She then wrote her first name on a card with the date and store credit amount. I left. Two things: 1. Always beware of store policy before you purchase. 2. I never go back to a store with poor customer service..

Purchase a pair of glasses few years ago of course they weren't cheap from this company. Really surprised because I've been doing business with the owner for years. I explain to them when I left the glasses but I was going back out of town and I needed my glasses excuse me you wanted my glasses. Of course I get there this evening at 6:30 and they're closed I'm so freaking pissed. Needless to say 7 days later and I still don't have my glasses

Buyer BEWARE. Frame of mind eye wear was suggested to me by a friend who indicated not only did they have very unique frames but also good customer service. Given that purchase transpired 29 days ago, but I am not in possession of my glasses, nor any updates besides the ones I called to receive, I can only say that while the frame selection is abundant, the customer service is GROSSLY lacking especially since I was told I would have glasses in 7 to 10 business days. I likely would may be okay with the delay in receiving my glasses, but its when I call to check on my frames and receive nonchalant and dismissive attitudes that make me compelled to write this review. I should not have to call to hear about delays and told that it will take an hour or so to call me back and get an update, or told it would be next week and still have no glasses in hand. Furthermore I should not have to call period, I should have been called and told we are having an issue because that is good customer service especially when thousands of dollars have been spent. Praying I receive these glasses before next year........
