The lady's at front desk are so nice but caseworkers are very rude! I know it gets extremely busy,I work with Public that gets busy just as bad but you don't take it out on clients! Find another job

The lady that works here has no idea what she's doing... They have me email them if I need to talk to someone, they block the number so it shows up on my phone as private number so I can't call them back. Rude and unhelpful. Always says I'll do what you want to any questions I have and doesn't tell me what's happening. Hate they sent me to this office first, I'm going to try to transfer to the Clarksville office, hopefully they will assist me better

I wish I could leave 0 stars. They say they open for business 8-5, but they never answer the phone, the doors are always locked. Forget leaving a message over the phone because the box is always full. What a waste of tax money for that big nice building and the couple of lady's inside riding the clock.

Awful! We've been dealing with them for the past 3 months and still haven't gotten our issue taken care of. Somehow everything that we send in by mail or online cannot be found and they can't give us any alternatives to fix the problem. No one ever answers the phone or calls us back when we leave a message. I've called every number and extension! We continuously get the run-around if we ever do get someone on the phone. This is ridiculous!

Critically understaffed and overworked. Great ppl, the 2 I met. Both were from other counties tho. It's sad to see this time of the year. Anytime really.
