We Love Freedom Boat Club, especially Ainger Creek location. I have been a member since 2012, and Boating is one of our favorite things. We bring our dogs, friends and Family, and always have a great day on the water!!
Alex, Blake, Jeff, Jamie, Mike and Rocky, are always warm, welcoming and helpful.
The parking is near the boat, so it’s not a long walk, from the car…The boats are impeccable, really clean, and well maintained.
Thank you Alex, and Freedom Boat Club for many years of memories, and none of the headaches of owning a boat in Salt water.

I reserved a boat for Memorial Day weekend. Our attendant Leslie was the rudest, most condescending staff member I have ever ran into in my 12 years as a FBC member. The older gentleman (can’t recall his name) was very helpful and respectful.
Leslie exhibits poor customer service skills, a condescending attitude, even shaking her head at me throughout the check in/check out process. She was waiving her arms and yelling, holding her head as I safely returned the boat to the dock. Very rude, I’d give her a 0 rating if I could. This staff member should be evaluated by corporate to learn proper customer service skills. She did not make us feel welcome at all.
Overall, a really poor experience, we will never return to this location.

To me this is one of the best ways to have a boat or many boats. The training was great, the boats performed well, and the staff goes out of their way to make sure you have a great experience. Glad to be a member.

I've been a member for 5 years and love the convenience. The boats are well maintained and the staff is very friendly. It can be a problem scheduling a boat last minute, but I haven't had too much problems with availability.
