I'm currently on a oxygen concentrater thru Health Essentials and I was experiencing some alarms from my machine in the middle of the night. I called the # and was helped right away and a service tech was on the line instantly. Then on Saturday they weren't open and I had some problems and called and they was at my house in 30 minutes and showed me the problem and switched me machines and bottles and everything was great. VERY HAPPY WITH THEIR SERVICE.

I will never ever step foot in that store again, absolutely poor management the reception set there looking lost when you ask a question, they have no knowledge what’s in the store it’s a sad situation at the store filled with people, but no one can get up and help you !!! Very unorganized

Broke my kneecap. The ER dr wrote script for heavy duty walker. My brother took the script to Health Essentials because I obviously can't walk. They said had to get additional paperwork from doctor. Delay. Then had to get approval from nurse manager. Delayed over weekend. Then had to get primary care dr to approve. Delayed a day. Called Doctor's office who said did the preapproval. Called Health Essentials who then told me couldn't get the heavy duty walker as ordered because I was 19 pounds too light. So I told her to forget it and my brother would be in to pick up the script. She actually told me I had to go in to get it. So according to HE I have to walk in with broken kneecap without a walker to get the script to go somewhere else to get the prescribed heavy duty walker. How ridiculous can they be...seriously!

I would give negative stars if this would let me. Today, I went in to get just 2 parts for my CPAP mask. I told this to your receptionist. When the short girl from respiratory came out, she didn't bother to say next customer, so some guy ended up going in before me they came into the store after I did. There was a guy at a back desk who helped respiratory out, and the receptionist could have helped me. But no. I left after almost an hour waiting. I will NEVER spend another penny with Freeman again. I've shopped there for parts for over 15 years now, and you lost a customer

You never realize how hard it is to find a wheelchair until you absolutely need one. Thank you Health essentials for supplying the perfect wheelchair for my families needs. I don't know what I would have done if I hadn't stopped in. Beyond the excellent service, the price for the chair we bought was fair. The lady who helped me was awesome and showed me how to use the chair, to break it down and put it together. Again I just appreciate this place so much. Thank you!

Very helpful group of people . And they showed utmost respect and concern about getting the proper wheel chair so my brother can get around in his everyday normal activities . There service and positive attitude has helped my brother regain his self-worth. With that he feels like he has a purpose in life. Thank you very much for everything you have done and continue to do.

The representative was very rude, condescending and argumentative.
She disregarded the Doctors prescription and argued against providing DME based on her visual perception of my injury.
Disregarded emergency authorization for DME to be provided ASAP citing the 72 hour rule even though emergency authorization was provided to her directly by my insurance provider.
I ultimately, heeding my Doctors order, sought out DME at a local medical supply bank. Thank goodness one was available to check out on a temporary basis.
