I love Fresh Thyme Market!
I Finally visited the one at The Foundry in Saint Louis and it offers a bright, well-organized shopping experience with a great selection of fresh, organic, and locally sourced products. They offer a good variety of healthy options, including gluten-free, vegan, and allergy-friendly items. The store also has a nice selection of prepared foods. Convenient parking is available outside, making it easy to stop by for quality groceries.

If you eat Vegan and Gluten Free, this is the go to place. Everything is fresh and affordable. Clean and organized store and location. I highly recommend it

A very nice, "higher-end" local grocery store, i.e. higher quality produce and other products, specialty items, etc. A smaller store but still a good selection of most mainline products.

Hi, Fresh Thyme Market! You’re a classic organic grocery with crisp affordable produce and a great wine selection. But did you know that the area under your parking lot used to harbor a real live Phone Booth? I have a map of thousands of locations all over the country for where phone booths used to live, and I’m on a quest to find them. Some are still standing. Some function and still make calls! Most that still exist are only sad empty shells of themselves, disconnected from the lines. In your case, Fresh Thyme Market, I think the saddest thing has happened. Your phone booth was removed completely. Your phone booth has become only a whisper on the wind. A phone booth whisperer, I think I can still hear it. “Is there anything that can be done for me?” It calls out softly. “My purpose in society was always to connect people together easily, privately anonymously. Can you bring me back?” Fresh Thyme, I did my best. I’ve placed a phone booth sticker in your parking lot. There’s a QR code there. If someone scans it, it’ll take them to the Great Internet Phone Booth in the Sky, and give that person a free link for another person to join them in an encrypted call. But Fresh Thyme? If you see anybody in shiny leather pants running full out towards the sticker, stop them! We haven’t built out that functionality yet.

Overall a decent place to buy groceries. The produce section is well stocked. The meat section lacks a lot of variety. Make sure to check expiration on anything you purchase. I know there’s another review or two that mention that as well.

Warning for LGBTQ and especially trans shoppers - I would find another location. There are transphobes employed here.

At checkout, a staff member approached my wife to help with a coupon, which was very nice. She said "Let me help you with that, ma'am," to my wife and then scanned the coupon. My wife thanked her, and the staff member immediately became cold and said in a very rude voice "You're welcome, *sir*."

I was shocked and said, "Excuse me? Did she just 'sir' you?" Hoping that it was somehow a misunderstanding, but the staff member moved away, looked uncomfortable like she knew that she had just done something hurtful and was worried about being called out about it. She ignored me. I tried again to get her attention, she ignored me again, and my wife asked me to let it go, so we left.
