I do NOT recommend this florist. I ordered a beautiful white roses/purple arrangement in a white basket for a sympathy arrangement for my cousin. What she received looked nothing at all like what I picked out and looks like the amount of white roses was decreased. I even asked for a phone call if substitutions needed to be made. She indicated there was 1 flower they didnt have. I instructed her I wanted them to just substitute that flower but to keep the arrangement white/purple. The basket they used also looked so cheap compared to the one in the picture. The arrangement they delivered looked nothing at all like the picture. Very very upsetting and disappointing!!!

Ordered from Teleflora but Friendly Florist filled the order. Mind you, I ordered these in 2020 and the bear had Y2K in the heart in its chest. The flowers were received a day late despite the $15 extra I paid to have the delivered before 1pm. I had to track them down because they weren’t delivered on the day they should have been BUT I received an email saying they had been “hand delivered” to the location. After several phone calls to Teleflora, the flowers get delivered and they are nothing like the quality of what I ordered. I understand substitutions are sometimes necessary BUT these look like they were crammed into an ugly vase and handed over. When someone spends almost $80 to do something nice for someone they love, they actually want the product to look nice. I could’ve grabbed a bouquet from Winn Dixie and stuffed them in a vase and saved myself a bunch of phone calls, a trip to the business where I went to track these down and $60.

If i could give ZERO stars I would. I live exactly 3 streets behind this store. I am in Iraq and ordered a plant for my wife’s birthday. Paid on line. My wife waited at home until 4:50pm on a Wednesday and nothing. No call. No delivery. Nothing. NEVER use them again. Unbelievable and I will be demanding a refund.

My husband's uncle passed away on a Friday morning, so we went to Friendly Florist on Saturday morning as soon as they opened. Ordered a spray with a banner...$120.00 worth. Well the viewing was on Sunday night at 4 and the flowers weren't at the funeral home yet. Got back to the funeral home for the funeral on Monday @ 1:30 and the flowers still aren't there. I called the florist and they said oh they are here and someone's fixing to deliver them. The lady on the phone said "the funeral isn't till 2 right?" They arrived 10 minutes before the service started. Personally I have never ordered flowers for a funeral and they weren't there for the viewing. We ordered these flowers over 48 hrs earlier. Also the spray was very pitiful in appearance. 9 flowers with some greenery. Some of the small flowers were wilted or broke. The banner was a joke. It was on 2 pieces of ribbon and pinched on the ends and tacked on the spray. Then just hanging loosely. Very unprofessional in my opinion and this florist will NEVER get any more of my business.

I WILL NEVER EVER ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY... I purchased flowers for my wife for our Wedding Anniversary. I made the purchase online through "From You Flowers" and this local company fulfilled the order. The first picture is what I ordered, the second picture is the garbage that was delivered. Can you see the "Reason" why I am very upset right now. Friendly Florist DID NOT put any "Effort" into doing there job right. I wish there was an option to give this company less than 1 Star.

Don’t ever buy arrangements from them… my flowers were suppose to be lavender… they were bright pink… I don’t know anything about flowers and when we were told as they warm up they will turn lavender, we believed them… and the lady said did it affect my wedding… we had to paint them lavender…

Very disappointed in the flowers I received for my birthday. They were horrible. 3 roses, and a stalk of daisies, and a sprig of yellow flowers. Looked like 3rd runner up for prom queen.
