Did not meet my expectations at all. We were so disappointed. After reading so many great reviews we were completely surprised by the condition of this place. The grounds were over grown and so many brown dead plants and flowers! It was only the middle of September and there are so many ways to decorate and so many flowers and plants that could be used. We could not find anyone to get checked in or out... Had to call a cell phone number and wait for someone to come for check in and no one ever came for check out. My understanding was the actual owners were out of town and the daughter was filling in. No service at all... Our room was clean but smelt like mold.. like a cold wet cave. On the brighter side the water was hot and it was very quiet. Love the area but think We will stay at the B&B down the street next time.

One of my favorite places to go - from the wonderfully hospitable owners and staff to the comfortable rooms, and the very yummy breakfasts - my favorite! The inn is a great place to relax - like really relax, and is very close to many attractions if you want to get out a bit. We took advantage of the walkability to head over to Rock City. Will definitely be back as many times as we can!

We stayed here in early May 2024 and the place was absolutely wonderful. We loved that they are a bed and breakfast that had individual cottages with your own parking space rather than a shared space.
We stayed in The Robins Nest. The room was impeccable and featured a king bed (very comfy), fireplace (turned on by remote), shower, personal robes and a jacuzzi tub. And we can't forget the room was tastefully decorated with bird houses.
Everything was 5 star, top notch. In the morning we went to their little restaurant and had a delicious breakfast that was gorgeously presented.
The innkeepers were very likeable. The grounds were whimsical and peaceful.
I highly recommend this place. When we are in the area again, we will definitely visit again. It was dreamy.

We loved staying here! We came for just a quick getaway for our 9th wedding anniversary and absolutely loved it. It is really special how it is a bed & breakfast but the rooms are all individual cottages. Each cottage has a different theme - we stayed in the cottage themed after the movie "Out of Africa" - the details of the decor are just impeccable and beautiful! The big whirlpool tub was fabulous for relaxing. The bed was super comfy. And, the peaceful, quiet, woodsy, rustic location and atmosphere were amazing. The breakfast was delicious. The owners/innkeepers are the sweetest couple - we really enjoyed meeting them. Would highly recommend this bed & breakfast, and we hope to be able to come back again sometime!

An excellent classic BnB atop beautiful Lookout Mountain. Very welcoming and accommodating hosts/owners. Simple but refined amenities.

Nice accommodations with an excellent breakfast. The people were friendly & very helpful. It rained one morning and Maria offered to take our wet coats and she dried them for us. She was so nice to do that. I would certainly stay or the Garden Walk again

We stayed in the Lavender Green cottage at this charming in. The property is very cozy and inviting with about 20 cottages on pretty hilly property. The natural beauty of the area is highlighted with artful landscape decor. The breakfasts are delicious and the owners and their staff are very attentive and friendly. On day 1, Chocolate chip pancakes and rice dressing were very tasty. I am writing this shortly before breakfast on Day 2, so looking forward to that. We stayed here for homecming and soccer game at Covenant College, but would come here again for a destination. Rock City Gardens and Massey's restaurant were highlights of our trip. We drove down into Chattanooga (about 12 min) for lunch and dinner. Ample parking. There is a gazebo at the main building which is nice to sit and have coffee, etc.
