Muy buena calidad de asistencia. Los empleados hacen de su parta por apredenserse el nombre de los cliented. Si puedes cambiar de farmacia, considera Gateway. Es de lo mejor!

I have recently switched to this pharmacy as the big chain pharmacies near me either never pick up their phone or have my prescription in stock. I am on medication that I need to take on a daily basis & my Dr.s office is bad at letting me know if they have called my medication in, so I end up having to call the pharmacy to find out. They have never given me any issues when I call & are very pleasant & helpful. Every time I come to pick up my medication it is the same person that assists me & he is great. Polite, professional as well you can tell he likes his job. I am grateful to have found this place. They alleviate a lot of my anxiety over my medication.

I used to love this place! Great service and always kind. The other day I went to get some medication filled. I had a coupon for the medication. The out of pocket cost was $140. With the coupon the medication would be $25. They ran my card for the $25 they called me back to tell me they could not fill my prescription because they were not making any money off of the medication. They have not refunded me my $25

This use to be the best pharmacy I just picked up my medicine and did have all of them that the Dr called in told me my heart medicine would be in tomorrow which is the medicine that I need called at 7:15 only to be on hold until 8:00 they can’t say they was busy cause I just left out of here about 14 minutes ago but I will be taking my business elsewhere cause they don’t want the business to have a customer on hold 30 they don’t be that damn busy

All the convenience in the world yhatcan make up for the misinformation and treatment of the front desk and those that answer the phone. It's such a RUDE experience that even when speaking to the pharmacist, Brian, you can tell maybe the training came from him. This place has gone downhill and DOES NOT CARE ABOUT PEOPLE AT ALL! They should be SHUT DOWN!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Far cry from what they used to be, now they are abusers to customers!!!!

This is the best pharmacy around! I called all over IL and MO and medicine was out of stock and their was an insurance issue . I made one phone call to Gateway, the called my previous pharmacy, had med transferred and fixed the insurance issue in a matter of a few minutes! Awesome job… THANK YOU
