This place sucks this is not the the first time was told my appt was a 2:30 and was seen at 4:00.Then go get my meds and 4:30 the pharmacist Darrel told me the doctor had not sent my meds so I had to talk to manager for to send doctor jay a text mind u the pharmacy close at 5:00.,So finally around 4: 50 my med's get to the pharmacy luckily Darrel look out and filled them.I am bipolar and have extreme anxiety this is not healthy for me.this every time I go there for appt.I can't continue to do this.I am looking to find another mental health service,I am starting to look into coastal mental health or anything out there.Becuase how can your appointment be at 2: 30 and be seen at 4:00 this is unreal.Shit when I have a appointment there with my therapist Ms.Daniel at a certain time I don't have to wait she see my at the exact same time. This place makes my anxiety worst and makes my bipolar to come out when I don't want it too.So all in all this place has a lot lot of fixing to do cause it really puts me in a bad place.

They have made my boyfriend miss two days of work already because they can’t get their stuff together and sorted out. Busy or not they need to at least get their company organized. I dread coming for my appointment today!!!!

Gateway has saved my life with the shelter plus care . Giving me stability. I started with group therapy as well as individual. I have been stable in my own home for 7 years now. What a blessing it is to have the people with the patience and dedication to helping people with major mental health and drug issues. Thank you gateway.

It takes over 1 hour to see a doctor with a scheduled appointment. It takes over 3 hours to see a doctor as a walk in. It's impossible to change meds around because they will tell you to come in as a walk in and wait over 3 hours to be seen. If you go talk to the girls at the front I have literally just seen this Happening 3 times. People have complained about the wait and the girls just laughed and joked about them complaining having to wait from 7:45 to past 10 to see a doctor. Back in 2019 this was a good place. Someone else obviously took charge between 2019 and 2023 because this place is a complete dump now.

I really have to let y'all know that I have been to multiple mental institutions, and had alot of bad and great experiences. But here they truly care and listen to you as if they were your family. They have help put me back to being mentally physically and emotionally stable that even My Family and friends said Hope we haven't seen you this great since you started taking your meds four years ago. And I have to give a big shout out to Mrs.Murpy she will forever and always be an important part of my life and goes above and beyond to make sure that you follow through on everything. I would recommend anyone.

This place scared me at first sight & entrance. Once getting comfortable, involved & focused on myself & why I got there in the first place. I made the right decision going to women's Residencial program it taught me humility, gratitude, love, patience, understanding of all backgrounds. I am blessed for meeting all these beauties 💓
