I am very lucky to have had Dr. Shoemaker perform a recent procedure for me. He is a true professional. He made me feel very comfortable in the chair, and the results were outstanding. I highly recommend him and his staff to all looking for quality dental care.

I've been going here for years - and the people are good. However, be careful with placing any large deposits. I was owed money and had to call almost weekly for three months to get back the money I was owed. And this wasn't an insurance issue - this was money I paid out of pocket. For a business, it shouldn't be that difficult to reimburse a customer. They took my money no problem. But they didn't seem too keen on giving it back when it was owed to me. Otherwise, this is a good practice.

Love this dental office from the beginning Melanie was so welcoming and accommodating. I saw doctor Scheurer for a crown his staff, Morgan & Erica were kind & sweet. Going to the dentist is scary but this office makes it easy. Doctor & staff are very knowledgeable & efficient not to mention they aren't pushy. Definitely recommend this dental office.

DO NOT USE YOUR FLEX BENEFITS CARD AT THIS DENTAL OFFICE!!!!!
If you go to this dental office DO NOT use your flex card to pay for services. They have overestimated my copay twice now and it’s nearly impossible to get a refund. The first time it took me calling multiple times over 2 months to get the money back on my flex card.
I am still working on trying to get my money back from the most recent time. They were paid by my insurance the beginning of March and I am still fighting to get them to refund the amount that they overcharged me. My flex account is about to be suspended because I cannot provide documentation as to why what I paid does not match my EOB. I have called 5 times to address this with Melanie. My first call I was told I had a credit and I explained that the credit needed to be refunded back to my flex card. Each time I’ve spoken to Melanie she tells me that she’s going to refund my flex card that day……….and it NEVER happens. I think Melanie says whatever she has to so she can get off the phone. She has never called me back in follow up like she says she will.
My ability to use my flex money is about to be suspended because Gateway Dental refuses to correct this. There’s no way that this office would give anyone over 3 months to pay their bill……..yet they are fine keeping my flex money. I guess they think they should be paid more than they should be for services. Too bad this will be at my cost as I’ll have money in my flex account that I’m unable to access for reasons that are out of my control.
I have had my dermatologist refund money to my flex card without any issues at all. Obviously it’s just the poor way that this clinic operates!

I would recommend this dental clinic to anyone. The doctor was knowledgeable, and his tooth-cleaning assistant was excellent and very knowledgeable. The facility looks great as well. I had a great experience after cleaning my teeth and getting a teeth health evaluation. Great work!

Gateway Dental Suites is the place to go. They even take some Medicare plans.
The staff are such a happy group
Dr Adam Scheurer is a perfectionist. Very kind. Never pushes you to do any service. Just shows via camera what damage needs attention.
I have referred many.
