sadly… it is no longer the Willimantic CT Generation that it previously was. More than angry, disappointed... Before... I want to emphasize, I think that many or perhaps all of you agree that... as a patient when you are at the doctor you tend to take advantage of asking all the questions or doubts, fears that you already have. According to one, one is seeing a health professional and for that reason one visits him since he is called “Doctor”. Much more so when the patient is our CHILDREN... What a bad experience I had... I went to a follow-up appointment for my son with his pediatrician, everything was going well while he asked the questions and I answered him but... As a mother, I started asking all kinds of questions regarding my son and my doubts and concerns were not taken well by the doctor. I understand that they have other patients to attend to... but I think it is disrespectful for Doctor Oh. (pediatrician) will appear upset, make masks and rude voice and gestures, etc. while I continued asking my questions, it was disrespectful that he wanted to run out of the room while I was still talking and still had more questions to ask. As I said before, I know they have other patients, but that is no reason for disrespect.

I absolutely appreciate the behavioral health department upstairs and their kindness and helpfulness, when needed. Unfortunately, a friend of mine was seeing someone to help prescribe her medications because she has many mental health issues that she was trying to get under control and she was dropped as a patient by Rachel Farnham without really explaining as to why. She wasn't giving her the help that she needed, the last couple of months that she was there, by denying her medication after giving her the information that she needed in order to keep prescribing her meds from a former psychiatrist and STILL giving her the runaround. I do not recommend coming here for psychiatry.

I see Rachell Farnham and honestly she's a life saver. My case has been dropped by so many people for being "complicated", but Rachell took me in and turned my life around. I truly don't think i'd be here if it wasn't for her care and dedication. She listens to what i have to say and is so attentive to my care. Rachell, if you see this, you absolutely rock. Thank you for being my super hero.

Dr Brett is great, but it’s a shame that he has such lousy staff working under him. Starting with the front desk. No one ever answers the phone EVER. And it took me a month after numerous calling and I even had to go there personally out of disgust to get the referral the dr put in for me fulfilled because they can’t do there job. Makes you feel like as a patient you aren’t important. I’ll be finding a new dr office very soon.
