After suffering a broken femur/hip and surgery while out of the country upon returning to the US I came to GA Bone and Joint and Dr Desai has been wonderful in my recovery. He is friendly and personable and reassuring in my healing process.
I am also doing physical therapy here and cannot say enough about Kevin Smith’s caring and professionalism! He listens and understands what you’re going through and truly wants to help you reach your recovery goals.

Call two hours prior to my appointment to cancel because of weather conditions known to be coming for days. I tried to reschedule earlier in the day to try to avoid this issue but they were all booked. They could have informed me then that they were considering canceling my appointment then. Nothing offered for the inconvenience of canceling with 2 hours notice. I understand employee safety but that does not explain the fact they waited until 130 to call when snow was expected to start at 3 getting pushed 3 hrs later then earlier expectations. First visit so puts a bad taste and think I will be finding another provider.

What a great experience! Their staff showed incredible care and compassion towards my mother, performing surgery on her hand and wrist the same day she was seen. From the welcoming and caring nursing staff to Stephanie Heinsch, PA, and Dr. Michael Webber, every aspect of our visit was exceptional. Loved the responsiveness and care received here. We've had two different times where we had a broken bone and needed to get in quickly. Also, appreciated getting a water proof cast which was great so we could still swim over the summer.

Loved the physical therapy part of my experience. Jessica (Physical Therapist) is fabulous. She really listened to me and believed my pain was real. She was gentle, caring and patient explaining what was going on. Her therapy and advice helped with my pain. I see Haley, Dr. Love’s PA in a couple of weeks; we will decide what the next steps are.

My appointment was on time, the Dr's I saw (different times) were exceptional. I have been to the Fayetteville location as well for my MRI & my brother took me & had his little boy with him and came inside to say they were going to Sam's club and I said wait for me I'm already done! That's remarkable! I don't do well with MRI's as I'm claustrophobic but they were kind enough to call in 2 Valium at no charge. It was so fast & the staff were extremely kind at both locations. I've had several MRI's & had to be lightly sedated but this time I was done in 5 minutes. Sincerely Julie Moore
