Staff was very welcoming. My appointment time was delayed due to an emergency of another patient. However, I was informed and Dr. Goldstein was very apologetic for the delay. She still took the time to explain the procedure and the expected outcome.

The experience was good. The doctor was thorough and provided options for types of surgery. My only concern was the surgery scheduler stating that I have glaucoma when this has not yet been determined. It was upsetting.

I enjoyed visiting the eye practice. It was clean. It was quiet. It was respectful the people that worked there. Treat you as family and most and foremost. Doctor Knight is the best Steven Knight. When it comes to waiting for your appointment. I was called as soon as I sat down. I say approximately 5 minutes. That's normal when I come to visit.

Dr. Goldstein and her staff is amazing. My arrival time was 8:32 I didn’t leave until 11 something, the parking is too high it cost me $18.00 to get out of the parking lot. I will transfer my service to the Snellville location because I cannot afford the parking.
