Everyone is very helpful. Prices are like most grocery stores, but they have great sales. I take advantage of all of them. We buy 98 percent of our grocery items at Gerbes. All of our prescription drugs we get at their pharmacy. The people there are so great. Always helpful, prompt, and friendly. Janet is my favorite.
If you need assistance with your bags, they will take them to your car. Great service!

Very friendly service, great selection and great deals. They carry a really good variety of organic, vegan and gluten free products too! OH.... And the BEST fried chicken in TOWN! 😋

Front end checker pushy,super overbearing,rude. I'm disabled,I can't help that it takes me a minute to get my groceries on that damn belt,and it takes me A minute to get my debit card out for this rude woman. Second time complaining about her.still working there,why who knows. Need cheerful checkers not hateful,big headed,overbearing women like that one. I will never go to her line ever again

Why are the cashiers always so rude at this store? God forbid you ask any questions, or take too long to get the items out of your basket. No small talk, no warm small town fuzzy feelings from this grocery store. Cashiers are unfriendly and impatient even with their senior customers. I get that everyone has bad days, but it seems to be a reoccurring theme here.

I used to think that Wal-mart had better prices than anyone on groceries. After going to wally world, I didn't find the items I needed. Gerbes had it all. The items I bought at wally world were cheaper at Gerbes

I was just dropping in after ordering a pizza from Pizza Hut on my phone I was going to spoil my wife with the ice cream that I was going to get her but she doesn't need but why not and I walked in there and they pointed me to where the ice cream was p walking over there I found it quite easy when I went to make my purchase I thought I was waiting on a cashier and I asked the lady that was standing close to the register where is the clerk that's one you do yourself so I acted like Forrest Gump and she helped me do it anyway

I really like the overall cleanliness and organization of this store, good lighting, and all departments are displayed well. Lots of good weekly deals, always fresh produce and meats, great adult beverage selection. I was pleased when the finally renovated their restrooms. Finally they were clean. However, that did not last long. The men's restroom is once again unsanitary and not cleaned well. The wall under the empty tissue dispenser had what looked like fecal matter on it, and the rolls of
tissue were sitting on a wall mounted child seat. The floor was filthy, the paper towel dispenser was empty. Instead, a roll of paper towels was just placed on top of the dispenser. Why aren't these facilities inspected daily by the manager. This should be part of managements standard procedure.
