My prescription was sent to this pharmacy by mistake ! I was on hold today November 19 2024 from 3:00pm to 5:30pm, no one answered !! yes the texting system sucks !! No matter how busy you are you should still have the decency to answer your phone ! This is not a beauty supply store !!! You are working with patients !! Because of your poor service I will be without my medication for one week so I texted you my name please send my prescription to my local pharmacy as listed in the text ASAP and reverse the charges because I know the insurance took care of you already.

This is worst pharmacy I have ever had to deal with. They bill your insurance company then take up to weeks if not a month to actually send you your prescription. Plus they have the worst customer service. You can’t get them by phone, they don’t respond to text and if by any chance they do, they aren’t helpful. I’m in the process of reporting them for insurance fraud. They are supposed to be helping patients and all they are doing is hurting them. If I could rate them a zero, I would!

Maybe they provide a decent service but most people will never find out. Days of calling to just be placed on hold. They won't respond apparently unless you send a text which seems very shady. Leave voicemails but nothing happens either. Can't recommend this and judging by the low reviews here I'm not alone. Hard pass here folks.

This place SUCKS!!!! I cant get anyone to answer. They filled my meds and i never recieved it. Now i cant get my meds until the middle of the month bc my insurance wont pay until then. Cant get anyone on the phone to reverse the prescription.

I was purchasing my prescription out of pocket for 3 months because my insurance doesn’t provide coverage in this medicine. I was experiencing great success with the medication but suddenly when I called for my refill they wouldn’t answer the phone. I called multiple times and waited 20 minutes or so each time hoping someone would answer. The recording while on hold states you’ll receive a faster response if you text so I also sent multiple texts asking for my refill with still no response. After about a week someone answered and told me my insurance was the problem and I said I’m not going through insurance and begged him to expedite this so I would not be too late in taking my next dose. He said he would. I’m almost a week late on taking my medicine and still haven’t heard back from them.

Back in June/July 2023, I loved this pharmacy. My doctor's office is across the street and she referred me. I thought it was a nice set up to be able to text and they were on top of it with customer service. Fast forward to September/October 2023 until now, it's totally different. I can't get anyone to respond on a consistent basis. I text and no one responds. I have absolutely no idea what's going on with my prescription and can't get through to anyone by phone. Don't waste your time!

When no problems with prescription it's an amazing service HOWEVER if you need to speak to someone you are SOL (Sorry, out of luck but better yet Sorry, you are freaking out of luck and can hang it up getting in touch with a human). That's for phone call, text, and app. I have called multiple times and waited for upwards of 45 minutes. THEN, per their voicemail for a quicker response I have texted the number given and again for a quicker response I have downloaded the app and CRICKETS. So if you just need your prescription it's GREAT, they get rave reviews from me. BUT, Lord if you have an issue you can hang it up. NO HELP, NONE, ZIP.
