The owner lady and her son I believe are scammers that try and haggle you for a measly couple dollars on any item. They literally cannot help themselves. This is how they are inside.
I heard about this from a coworker but i needed something for emergency and they said they were out of stock because they gave it all to the local clinic but said if I paid more they can get me later if I came back before closing. They said only cash which I did not have and they weren't taking debit cards.
I told them it has nothing to do with me waiting, it's the fact they have a reputation of ripping people off and these cheap tactics are for those who sell cheap fake things on the street and they are in a medical supply store and should be help with higher regard but instead they act like this.
This place is un-American and it's a shame in medical emergencies they are greedy that they want some more money even though we showed them retail price to their face.
PLEASE GO TO Total care or True Medical. They have prices listed and speak decently to people and it's close by.

The lady in the office is a scammer. She will try to upcharge each and every thing. Her son is there without any knowledge of product and tip toes around his mom, unable to make decisions without checking if she is satisfied with how much money you offer for supplies. In America you shouldn't be hustling people for medical supplies

This place doesn’t know how to take debit cards and tries to hustle for small products. I came in for a simple tool and they tried to up charge me for it saying they can make more money selling to local clinics and wouldn’t sell it to me. Then they only want cash and hardly speaks any English

I needed a hard-to-find item right away-- they had it in stock, sold it to me, and committed to file for insurance reimbursement when I got the paperwork together. Had never heard of them! Medicare FRAUD!
Shipped a back brace that I didn't order, then billed Medicare $1600.00 for it; it retails for $95.00 new online or $19.00 on E-Bay!
Also billed Medicare $ 800.00 each for 2 "Wrist Hand Orthosis" which I don't need and NEVER received!

ZERO STARS: This store will rip you off and literally attempt to steal your money. I heard the proprietor encourage a man to not try and seek authorization for his health insurance because they “probably won’t authorize it.” She tried to sell me a walking boot for more than twice the retail price. She tried her best to not refund a purchase I made. Telling me should couldn’t refund because her cc machine had been “acting up for a few days” and she needed to call the cc company. A story I’m sure she’s been spinning for ages. Do Not Go Here!!!! Distrustful and ripping people off.

Employees work with their heart. Open to listen. Helped me in some ways they didn’t have to. If looking for a medical supply I would seriously consider them. They listen. It’s a mom and pop shop with actual values. Helped me with a back brace and compression leggings

DO NOT....I REPEAT....DO NOT....order so much as a package of Q-tips from this place. Incompetent doesn't even begin to describe my experience with trying to place a simple order. Customer service is unprofessional and rude. They give different information everytime I speak with them! It was so bad that I had to call them with my insurance company on 3 way and I still ended up having to just hang up the phone because they are such a mess. Dont waste your time.

***UPdate Edit. Despite their response below, I worked with another medical supply and my product has been shipped and is en route to me. NO issues whatsoever. Go elsewhere with your business.
