I have used every brand of pharmacy and this is by far the best. They do a fantastic job and they always pick up the phone which is very important to me. They also don’t seem understaffed. Everyone there is very friendly and every interaction is pleasant.

Pharmacist on the 3rd day you gave been waiting for backorder of syringes for insulin dependent animal. Can't help you. His suppliers don't carry them Go elsewhere.

This was a nice pharmacy when Chris was the pharmacist. But for about a year they have had 2 new pharmacists and they don't call in to the doctors office when a prescription needs to be refilled and they don't call you when they need you to call your doctor for a refill. So this can live you without medication for days and at times a week. I went for a flu shot and it took almost 3 hrs before I got it.

Incompetent and insensitive. Came back 4 days in a row and a different excuse each time why medication not there: 1) need to order. 2) didn't order in time (it forgot) 3) didn't come in 4) back ordered. Never called to let me know. After long waits in line needed to check with pharmacist (also long wait) just to say "it will be in tomorrow "

This is easily the worst pharmacy in the region. If they say 15 minutes, expect an hour plus. They regularly mess up insurance in their system when other pharmacies have no trouble. My son had an ear infection, respiratory infection, and strep - so the meds were important. They made us wait an hour, then couldn't figure out insurance when it was the same card and policy he's had their before.

Come to find out they tried to use the old wrong insurance (with the new card in hand) and triggered the issue themselves. Our provider specifically said "That pharmacy doesn't know what they're doing".

Take your business elsewhere. They're clueless, incompetent, and slow.

Love the new technology that makes it so fast for them to locate the prescriptions. I’ve never had to wait 15 minutes and I’ve been coming here since they opened probably 15 years ago. The pharmacists are knowledgeable as well and workers are friendly.
