WORST Doctor ever! Very unreliable! Orders medication when he feels like it, forgets to order medication. About to hit 2 months!!! Without a medication for my grandmother because he still has not ordered it and it is not for a lack of trying! DO NOT RECOMMEND!

ZERO stars, I’m guessing doctors should know the law! Dr. Martinez illegally tried charging me $300 for a REFERRAL, a PIECE OF PAPER! He acts like he doesn’t know what he is doing, and never gives you an actual answer to your medical issues. He needs his license revoked!! I’m surprised he still has it, but no wonder the office is ALWAYS lonely.

0 stars for Dr Martinez. I had to change to a different primary care after multiple problems from him and his staff. I initially came in as a new patient with an x-ray from the Er indicating osteoarthritis of the cervical spine and ongoing pain. I can't tolerate pain meds but did want a referral. He would not give a referral and said that he typically prescribes pain meds so he offered a vitamin called pain-Rx for $20, I did look it up on Amazon, was $10.
He ordered routine blood work and for the pain throughout my body. I never heard anything assuming all was normal. I called 6 wks later curious of results and they didn't have them. The staff were new because the old staff had left.Had to download them and Dr Martinez wanted me to come in to discuss results . I opened a portal to check my results myself and was alarmed of some abnormal results. The Ma said Dr wants to refer me to a Reumatoid arthritis Dr.
I followed up for my appointment for an RA referral. They would not take my $20 copay with a $50 dollar bill. Wanted me to go down the street to get change, I refused and questioned why they woulded bill be. I was denied services until payed so called my husband to pay w credit card over the phone. He then said I don't need a referral after saying I needed to come in for a referral. I was so upset and asked him then why am I here He said I need phychotherapy and that's why I have pain all throughout my body.
My referral to an eye Dr that I had requested was incorrect , sent to someone else. My refills never got filled. The toilet and the bathroom had not been cleaned.
Does not know why you are there wasting time explaining it all again.
He had his staff call me for an appointment to get my mammogram results. I asked her to please look at the results. I know you can't tell me if they are positive but you can if it's negative. Sure thing it's negative ,so he wanted me to come in for the cash copay. 2 days later got the negative results in the mail from Sutter imaging.

My new Dr has discovered that I have Lupus causing the pain in my body. Don't waste your time, he only wants your cash copayments.

Worst doctor I have ever seen on the face of the earth. Does not follow up, does not send prescriptions to the pharmacy when he says he is prescribing you something. Every time I have had an apt he asks what he is seeing me for, even on follow up visits for previous medical conditions. Like he does not look at previous history or brushes up on anything including what I tell his MA before he enters the room. He acts like he can not remember his patients and the last apt he had with them. He acts very confused and incompetent. I could do a better job diagnosing people with the help of the internet. If you get a phone apt, good luck on even getting a call. The first phone apt I had was at 10 am.... he called me at 6pm, even though his MA called at 9:45am and stated he would be calling soon. My last phone apt he never called nor did his office return my phone calls asking if he would be calling me. His office never picks up, nor do they return messages. The entire office is very dirty and smells like cigarette smoke like his entire staff has a break room for smoking. Do not waste your time going here. You will be left hanging and he will make your condition worse with the wrong diagnose and medications.

Worst Doctor and staff ever. I have an on going health condition and need 2 different types of medicine. When I had my 1st appointment with the doctor, I gave him exact names, the dose and the exact way I take those medicines, he wrote them down and said he would have them sent to my pharmacy. A week goes by and I don't hear a thing, I call and then tell me oh yeah we will send it 3 days later I get a call from the pharmacy that my medicine is ready, I go and 1 of my 2 prescriptions were sent. I call the office and am told oh I'm sorry what is the name of it give them the name and again a week goes by I have to call I got to the pharmacy and again the wrong medicine i call again and am asked again the name of the medicine, then go again to the pharmacy and its now another different medicine that i don't need. I was fed up and went to the office with the exact vile of medicine. When i walked in no one said anything after 5 mins of standing there i knock on the window and the girl at the window says can i help you with such an attitude. When i start to tell her about the issue she says well you need to make an appointment maybe the doctor wants to change your routine, I tell her how could he change it when he has only talked to me once and did not know anything about my condition. She continues to tell me that she can't to anything and to make an appointment. Only 2 weeks and I have been given the worst experience ever.

Absolutely terrible practice. They never get prescriptions sent in on time and sometimes not at all unless you continually hound them. My grandmother is on a large variety of medications that are essential to her health and they have consistently over the past year failed to get her life saving medications in on time. They also make it extremely difficult to reach them, even though it is a small practice with very few patients. Waiting room is almost always empty, even before the pandemic. They say they stop accepting calls at 4pm even though they are supposedly in office till 5pm. And on numerous occasions they actually send those calls to the answering service as early as 3:30 pm. It’s like dealing with a willfully disobedient toddler. He diagnosed me with arthritis in my foot last summer and failed to do any after care, no medication options and no physical therapy, even after multiple attempts to try to get them to help in some fashion they simply do not care. Even if just asking for a prescription refill (which should be easy and immediate) they tell you that you need to have a phone conversation with the dr, which in turn becomes a conversation with a receptionist simply so they can take advantage of the pandemic and charge my health care for a virtual office visit with a receptionist. They are just a sham office trying to make as much as they can from you’re health insurance. They don’t care what you need or your health in any way. The conditions of the office are filthy and deplorable. If you need a new DR look elsewhere because you will not find compassion or professionalism from this dr or his employees. The rating on here is far to good for them, they don’t even deserve 2 stars. Save yourself the time and trouble and find someone else. You will be dissatisfied and disappointed by these charlatans. I would have given them no stars, but to be able to make this statement I have to give them the one star, that they absolutely do not deserve.
