Todavía no eh podido llevar a mi bebe ahí pero solo con leer los comentarios me da miedo todos dan una mal experiencia ! Alguien me podría dar otra dirección por favor ! Los morenos tienen esa mala fama de ser rudos y groseros ! Mi pregunta es si no les gusta el trabajo porque están ahí !

Muy mal comunicación. Llamo para saber si alcanzo verdura fresca y dicen que si e inmediatamente salgo y llego al lugar y dicen que ya no hay! Como? Si dicen que si y gasto gasolina y tiempo para llegar al lugar para que me digan que ya no hay nada? 😡

I have never had a bad experience until today. But my issue still got resolved very quick. I have never had problems with the office everyone is nice and always willing to help. The only bad thing is the lady on the phone today when I called was so rude I couldn’t even get a word in. Literally every time I spoke she talked over me. That is the only negative. Other than that it’s been fine.

Call ahead and make sure they actually have medical professionals working the day you want to go. I go to this location 4 times a year and 2 times out of those 4 I was told no nurses were there to help me and to come back another day. You are a Health Department...how do you not have ANY medical staff on any certain day On a positive note, when I do get seen the staff is friendly and I get in and out quickly.

I was worried about coming here with a good amount of negative reviews, but I actually had a very positive experience! The location was in a nice area, the inside was clean, the staff was friendly and helpful, and Gina did an exceptional job with my blood draw (I’m usually a difficult draw but she got me the first time and it wasn’t painful!). The only reason for 4 stars versus 5, is that you may have to wait. I was fortunate and was in and out in 45 minutes which I thought was pretty good. However, I know other people there had been waiting longer, and it also depends what you go there for. They seem to do the best they can though to get you in and out efficiently.

For what they offer, I would say the staff were amazing. Place was once and clean, did not like the sitting and waiting though. They carry all the vaccines your Drs office won't. Great for place for kids going off to college and are planning on studying abroad. Lots of extra shots required!

I just moved to the state and have two children enrolling in Gwinnett County schools. I will start by saying the school staff have been wonderful. This has NOT been the case for the health department. My husband went to the center, waited three hours when a staff member walked into the waiting area to announce that anyone still in the lobby would have an additional two hour wait. No explanation was given as to why the additional wait time. He left because he not only had our two boys but also our toddler, all of whom needed to be fed. He returned two days later, waited two hours, had our son's required testing, and went to enroll our son in school to find that the staff at the health department had not filled out all of the appropriate paperwork. He had to return and wait an additional hour JUST for the staff to fill out the form that was neglected at the prior visit. My husband also stated the front desk staff is very short, lack eye contact when being addressed, and could really use additional customer service training or perhaps replacement.

Went in as walk in patients (for three kids) .. Everyone was really really nice and helpful .. Gave me plenty of information, the wait was not long at all. The person at the front desk Victoria was my favorite. Really nice place and people in the health area. I will be going back as it is much easier than scheduling and waiting on appointments for the regular doctor office.
