I came in to either get a new shaft put on my driver or get a new driver. Luke was very patient and helped me figure it out. I ended up getting a new shaft but realized a week later that it was too light from what I am used to.

I brought it back and Mark was beyond helpful helping me order the correct one and to get everything fixed. Thank you both again

I was thrown off by the vintage logo but this is a “normal” golf galaxy. The service was very good and selection, esp. for putters, was phenomenal.

Decided to buy all new clubs for my birthday. Had a great experience today. I did not have an appointment but Bruce was willing to help me. I hit a bunch of different clubs til I found the right ones. He was professional and nice and I really enjoyed spending my money there. Even got a new bag and shoes while I was at it. Can’t wait to hit the course.

On my Birthday I decided I won’t be going back there. While trying to pick up a few things, I asked an employee if they sold Vice Pro Tour balls, only to have them rudely yell , “No, that’s a Walmart ball.” It felt dismissive, as if implying the balls were cheap or low quality.

I’ll just take my business to the PGA Superstore across the street. Not only do they—and Edwin Watts across the way—carry Vice Pro balls, but they also provide great customer service.

Good golf galaxy location with decent selection of new and used clubs. Seems like an older location. Staff are very friendly! Location is great especially if you wanna take a look at the other golf stores in the area.

I came in to test shafts on my irons. I needed ones that fly a bit lower. One employee set me up and was super helpful and let me try out the different shafts and of course put me on the trackman so I could see the differences in peak height. The next guy came over and said did you rent this bay? And I said no I’m just testing out a few shafts for one that launches lower. Then he messed with the computer, removed the spin and height metrics and walked away. I went over and put them back on and when he came back he says, if you don’t rent the bay you can’t have those on(spin/height) to which I said, that’s the entire reason I’m testing the shafts. He says yea well you have to rent the bay to see that. Ok… I just said, well then I’ll leave because I have no reason to be here if I can’t test the height differences. To that he just said ok and I left.

Joe is the man. Eager to let you try out new clubs on the simulator and gives great tips. I watched him hit a 3 iron 5000 MPH, unreal speed. If you’re looking for a good deal on pre owned clubs, I highly recommend this location instead of the nearby PGA super store. They have a large collection of used clubs in good condition and great prices
