Great grow store that are knowledgeable and have great products for not just hydroponics because they specialize in everything. If you need propagation help or have a issue with your plants the store employees are very knowledgeable on how to help you. If they can’t they go out of their way to help you get to what you need! The customer service is great, they have a loyalty program if you buy a certain amount of products you get money off products . Im not entirely sure on the specifics, either way, most agricultural and or horticultural stores don’t have loyalty programs.

They have a good store and location but the kid working there treated me like a criminal because I asked for 99% ISO alcohol. He said he has never had anybody ask him that. Little does he or the bossman know that hydro stores are typically the #1 place you can find that. Off to ACE hardware I went. Both denatured alcohol and ISO are great cleaning products that are not to be suspicious of? You use the ladder when non toxic is your need and the former when cheap/fuel is your need.

Came in here to start my first set up and this store is amazing! They have all the highest quality products I could find, a great used section since I was on a budget, and most importantly the guys who work there have an incredible amount of knowledge and are willing to share it. Their loyalty program will definitely keep me coming back considering it gets me 10% off the entire store!!!

Very reasonable prices, GREAT service. Its would be very easy to buy my supplies on line but the customer service is what keeps me coming back. I purchased a ballast last year an it failed within 6 months I returned it with no problems and even received an upgraded ballast to replace it. Great store highly recommend....

Don't be put off by the location. The owner is friendly, helpful, and carries quite a bit. While you could certainly find such products online, I think it is both important and useful to support such a store and be able to check things out in person. Plus, a lot of this kind of gear is expensive to ship!

They are great. Very knowledgeable, and helpful. I went in there not knowing what to buy, and they knew I had no idea what I needed either, and now putting everything together I see they sold me exactly everything I needed. So happy with my set up.

They are very helpful, friendly and have a good selection of hydroponic grow supplies from fertilizer to lighting. They also carry good premium soil mixes.Their prices are very high though. The convenience of having them here is great but you will do better going on eBay and finding what you want.
