My son’s card information was used in New York we are from ga. It was fraud!when he reported it he got the run around! I hope everyone of government officials get fired they don’t do there job at all!

They need an audit so bad its not even funny. every time they tell me i have a phone interview they never ever call me then they say i missed it & turn my stamps off. its literally insanity dealing with these people!!!!!

First of all, if you have to deal with any of these people in any form, it's awful & I'm so sorry for you! I truly wish anyone having to deal with them, I hope it goes smoothly, painless as possible & quick. The system is corrupt & I never want to deal with them ever again! However, Vanita Heath, Parent Aid was excellent. And other people in this line of work wasn't all bad...sub-contracted side affiliates of DFCS. I am thankful my situation turned for the better. I don't think I am going to renew my food stamps just to avoid this Government system all together. You do not wish these people into your life. Never again.

I can’t talk to anybody there, i’ve been trying for three days. I’ve left several messages and nobody has returned my calls. There’s a glitch in gateway. Can’t get anyone to help me and I’m running out of time. My deadline is tomorrow.!!

You can never get anyone on the phone they are always messing up our stamps when we turn everything in on time. They are really one big hassle to deal with they never return our phone calls I just don't understand why they don't care.

It's very sad how they treat good birth mothers who are determined and do there best and need help. They gossip about cases and situations amongst eachother and it causes conflict of interest in the worse way possible. They do not get paid near enough to be motivated to do actual work besides typing out how someone else's life will be ive not gotten all the services mandated by the judge they make mothers go weeks beging to see there kid whilw they're fighting addiction they are not very considerate if the families they work with. People working for pro family doing services are coming into peoples houses bragging about smoking marijuana with there kids and try to sell you weed I'm going to rehab and got a job and therapy going and they start slacking letting children go without there momma loving. It's sad really
