The doctors are always sweet, but the nurses were a bit rude. I scheduled an appointment a couple weeks ahead of time and took the entire day off and they canceled day-of 2 hours before. I attempted to be understanding and rescheduled. I showed up 10 minutes late due to family emergency and the nurses were very snarky with me the entire time. Do not recommend.

My wife, Tracy, and I moved to Zolfo Springs in late August, and we have been trying to find an OBGYN to provide her with the prenatal care she needs, as she is now 28 weeks pregnant. It has been a nightmare to get her medical records transferred. Now that we have finally secured the transfer, Grace and Heart has decided to refuse her care.

They have not provided any valid reason for this refusal. They did not inform us that their practice is full, that you lack the necessary expertise for her specific condition, or that there is a legitimate medical reason for believing they cannot effectively treat her. The only explanation that comes to mind is that my wife is being discriminated against because of her age, which is not a legitimate reason to refuse care.

I will be submitting a formal complaint about your practice to the Florida Department of Health, as I do not want any other families to experience this gross negligence.

Doctors are very good, very welcoming. Tried to pay my 30$ bill after the fact. Was told I was okay at multiple stations. Then had a collections call for 30$ ridiculous. Won’t be going back. Front staff is clueless

I love getting my wellness visit and preventative screenings here! I also brought my mom here because I believe Boatwright, and all at Grace and heart OBGyn especially Dr. Khan are so through! Yes, like the wisest say, “an ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure!” Thank you Grace and Heart for another excellent experience!

Horrible experience, saw Tonya DAGDA; first appointment with her. She spoke to me like I was a child, stating she likes to “educate her patients “. When I attempted to speak with her in regard's to this, she got very defensive and stated she needed a chaperone. Treating seniors with respect and dignity should be a priority. Elderly individuals hold a wealth of knowledge and experience, and treating them like children is very disrespectful. Hopefully she will learn from this experience and treat her patients with respect.

I came to all my scheduled appointments. Met Tanya Boatwright multiple times and everything was good. I started to feel pretty bad near the end but just assumed it was pregnancy related and would just rest everyday after I got off work. My job was mostly computer work, so nothing major. Ended up going for a re-scheduled Dr's appointment because my husband wanted to go with me to the Dr's appointment. He had some concerns that he wanted to talk to the Doctor about. Days leading up to this Dr's visit I had been feeling bad and husband said he thought I looked yellow. I was too tired to notice anything and dizzy/ confused. So the day of my appointment- 3/10/2021, we met Dr. Cooper (we already knew her some from past experiences). We had our Dr's appointment and then due to having to come back early the next morning to go to the hospital as we lived pretty far away, she called the hospital and told them to go ahead and move up my scheduled NST. We went to the hospital and due to Covid my husband couldn't come in the building, so he stayed in the car and I sent him to go run some errands for me while he waited. I waited in the lobby for a little bit and started feeling pretty bad, and then went back to do my NST. I still had a month left to go in my pregnancy. While at the hospital, I ended up passing out. My placenta abrupted and the monitors started going off. I ended up being rushed in for an emergency C-Section. They had very FEW minutes to get my son out as he wasn't getting any oxygen. Dr Khan happened to be at the hospital along with everyone who needed to be at the hospital and they all moved very quickly to make sure we lived. Had we of been downstairs in that hospital my son and possibly myself would have died. So as a team effort they all worked really well together. From the ladies in the front who rescheduled my appointment at that exact time, to Dr. Cooper sending me to the hospital early to do a NST, to Dr Khan, the anesthesiologist and all the people at the hospital being at that hospital at that exact moment...Thank you all! Great teamwork!
My son came out and 3 years later is a VERY smart, happy, & healthy little blue eyed/blonde haired boy. And my C-Section scar has healed nicely with no problems. I guess the 40+ bags of fluids Dr Khan gave me after his birth to keep the infections away really paid off... I was NOT having at the time though! (Sorry about that) ?

I absolutely adore this office. From the waiting room on down to the doctors especially APRN Tonya botwright from the start of my pregnancy to the final days this dr. Has been so caring and compassionate and has helped me so much with my fears and anxiety. The front desk ladies are always a pleasure to see and are always so kind to me sometimes the wait can be a bit long but I genuinely do not mind because the care is quality and they take the time to answer your questions. They have helped me so much to have a safe healthy pregnancy and I’m fortunate to continue my care with them. I have not had a single bad experience with them.

Absolutely horrible experience! I opted to give birth 100% natural, no medicine, after I had my baby, Dr. Kahn put fentanyl in my IV when I told her no I don’t want that. She said oh it’s fine you’ll feel like you had a glass of wine, then proceeded to do it with me saying no!!! Absolutely disgusting!!!!!!
