I’m a mail carrier, was working in gray 2 hours away from my home office, and went down with a flat. I called this shop and asked if there was any way they could assist me. Without hesitation, they sent a member of their team out to pump up my tire so I could get to the shop and have it fixed. I wouldn’t have made it home without their help. I appreciate so much them sending help to me, then getting me fixed and back on the road as soon as I got to the shop. 10 out of 10 recommend!

I've been here on two separate occasions the first time I asked for a balance rotation and alignment when I showed up to pick up my truck the alignment was NOT done which was specifically why I brought it nd i told them that i brought my truck HERE specifically instead of jiffy lube because i wanted the alignment so I brought it back a week later for struts and again the alignment. All they did was change parts and asks me to bring cash my steering wheel was crooked and alignment was off I called multiple times and have gotten the same "we don't have time for it today" when you could have just test driven my vehicle before sending it out and seen the problem (the other thing I specifically asked you to do was have a tech drive my truck and do an inspection that NEVER happened) my front tires have been eaten bald by your "alignment" after trying to get my truck back to you multiple times and being given the run around for yall to fix what your tech did. Edit: new tire was 212.00 plus an actual actual alignment ontop of the 500.00 I allready paid you

These people are honest, caring and very reasonable and also some of the best mechanics I've ever met! But the best is the wonderful lady that runs the place! She's always so kind and really cares about her customers! Most of which she knows by name! If you're in need of auto repair, or just need some routine maintenance done like an Oil Change, give these folks a shout and let them take good care of ya!

Great service...good honest people!! Always have been good to me and don’t charge an ARM & LEG for there services. They fixed my A/C in my 2004 Suburban bout three years ago. And it’s still working great in this Ga. heat!! Have fixed many flats too...thanks Gray Tire & Automobile 🙏

I took both of my vehicles there yesterday. I took the first 1 there that morning and they finished it I drove the other 1 down there for new tires and an oil change. They finished the second vehicle right at closing time and hung around till I got there to pay and get my keys. I really appreciated them staying the extra 15 mins so I could get the keys and didn’t have to get dropped off in the morning to get the vehicle. Thank you
