Staff is super helpful & nice even when wait times are a bit longer. I came in for a walk in & waited a bit longer than one would usually expect to wait & when I got to my room the nurse expressed how grateful she was of me for waiting patiently & gave me some insight on the inflow of patients & how it effects wait times throughout the week. You can tell that the staff genuinely cares about their patients and how they feel while in their care.

I had a appointment that was made during my initial appointment establishing care and I've got both terminal and Chronic conditions and disabled. Was getting rides to and from Dr appointment before moving back here. They changed my appointment time to 1 pm without telling me so I walked in 94 degrees to get there takes me at least 30 minutes each way,only to be told they need to reschedule and not even a I'm sorry. I'm in Soouch pain and had a recent fall injuring myself more but no help. The kicker is I'm actually Indian card member and treated poorly. Thanks for the not helping me. Dr also changed most my medications that I previously used to help me.

Greenville Rancheria was a clinic me and my family used to go to for appointments. Now it hasn't been the place and it's due to the fact that they have any or no customer support. We would call their phone number to schedule an appointment or to reschedule one for another day and they would never answer. You can't even walk in and make one in person because they will tell you to make one by call online. Which completely ruins the whole purpose of doing walk-ins. You're better off going somewhere else like Lassen Medical for your appointments rather than this place. This place has become a hell hole for complaints and staff being so rude and not being able to help you with what you need.

NEGLIGENT & LAZY! Took my 1yo into their walk in clinic at 9am, he's had a persistent fever for 3 days and I wanted his ears & throat checked. Nurse checked me in at the door and had us wait in my car in the 90 degree heat. Same nurse comes back out to my car 30 mins later and says my son is probably dehydrated and to take him to ER. Wouldn't even let me talk to the dr. Instead of helping a sick child they turned us away without even seeing him. So now we are waiting in the crowded ER room for the entire day!! THANKS FOR NOTHING!!! Hope you enjoy your empty waiting room!!

It’s taking me a few months to finally talk about this. I went to the physical therapy at this awful place. I was berated because I didn’t go to the gym every day. I was told that my frozen shoulder was my fault because I’m naturally weak now that I’m older and I don’t work out enough, this was coming from a woman at least five years my senior. I have an acre of land with my own animals every day, that’s my gym. I tried to playfully banter back as she was throwing my arm around saying look at this thing this is you this is what you’ve done my confused playful banter continued as I tried to say 10 years ago I was, she stopped me and said anything you did 10 years ago, is gone. then the massage therapist came in and literally beat me up knowing that I have a Arthritis throughout my body I was literally crushed in such a painful manner as the therapist was going on and on about how this type of therapy was going to continue and get worse. I will be screaming in pain. He actually said it with a grin. he was right. I was in pain. That was my first visit , right before Thanksgiving wiped my Thanksgiving out. I had to stay home, couldn’t move anywhere. My body was absolutely thrashed my next visit and my last visit I was treated so rudely because they had found out that my doctor talked to the lead physical therapist ( his personal friend)and said that he did not approve the way I was treated. I begged my doctor not to send me back again. He said I wouldn’t be seeing these people again, and I did. That was the second last time. I was treated so badly and beat up again by three people. it’s the worst experience I’ve ever had with the doctor and it’s taking me months to talk about it. Mr. Montana was not any better than the rest of his crew. It’s a deceptive place. I went in for frozen shoulder that I earned because of the hard work I do just survive. They made everything worse. Everyone of them that touched me made it worse. The only thing that came out With was a few papers showing me how to make my frozen shoulder better at home and that’s what I did and after I finally healed from the abuse I started working on my shoulder and I cured it myself. Ineptness and Sadistic run! Ps if you have c5 and c6 issues don’t let them touch your neck I was pulled by my neck in a snap movement. My neck is still thrashed. He probably Never even looked to see the amount of deterioration My neck has. Again I say, INEPT RUN

Just save your time and waste ER resources. It's faster and that's how medical services in Red Bluff are pushing you. Lassen Medical has no urgent care anymore and they send you to Greenville for walk-ins. GR website says walk-in clinic times are from 8am. Really they don't start until 1:30pm per their front door service man. Once checked in outside the front of the building, you get to go wait in your vehicle. Just called to see what the ETA is as we were checked in at 1:15 hoping to beat the line at 1:30 for walk-ins, just to be told we can be waiting in our vehicle for up to 2 hours. We will be seen AFTER all appointments for the day first. So use and abuse the ER, they'll get you in faster!

the doctor, jessica mills, was entirely unprofessional. before she even consulted me on my visit, she made inappropriate comments and genstures of my body and gender identity and didn’t not correctly gender me once, even after telling her my preferred name and pronouns. once she began the procedure she did not comfort me nor was sensitive towards my health issues or reactions. and not to mention not even half way thru the procedure she stops and goes “we can’t do the test because your bleeding too much” i had let her know long before i have pcos among other health problems, that it’s a very sensitive topic for me as a trans man. i DO NOT recommend this facility and never will. please find another location that can accept your insurance to get a much better and SAFER experience!!!

Awful! My wife and I brought our sick child down and they would only allow one of us to accompany him in the room. I think as parents we have the right to both receive the information regarding our child’s health. The security guard at the door seemed to take pleasure in giving us this information. Take your loved ones elsewhere. I wish I could do more than just a bad review but it seems this place just doesn’t care.
