This company does not follow through on getting equipment to you. Brenda called me and asked for paper work (which my doctor's office said they had already sent) my doctor sent it the next day. again. Never heard from her again. Finally called 3 months later and she had purged the paper work instead of calling me back. Lets hope all of these office workers do not need some equipment desperately one day, because Karma may come back to them. I normally do not write reviews but as I was on the phone with them I was reading their reviews and they were terrible. So I decided right then to not pursue business with them.

I’ve been dealing with them for oxygen equipment about 6 months now. I have never been greeted or made to feel as if my presence or business is valued in any way, employees or owners seem as if they are there against their will.
Also they have inadequate supplies (oxygen tanks) of the size most useful for patients to carry for a quick trip in a store. Their oxygen generators are very old and noisy. Low budget operation. Seek services elsewhere.

I would never ever recommend Griffin Homecare to anyone. Jessica the Respiratory Therapist is very rude and does not have good customer service. I did not choose them they reached out to me. I should of walked away when I first walked in the office because the front staff was welcoming at all. They was looking at me like they seen a ghost. I asked to use the bathroom, yes I saw the sign that said "NO PUBLC BATHROOM". I thought that meant for people walking off the street but it was meant for anyone that comes in. I even asked the manager because I had to really p_e. She did not even say anything. So I had to leave and drive to find a bathroom. This really put me a bad mood. To make a long comment short. They took my machine because I was not using it enough, but when sick, in the hospital how can I! They were more concerned about getting paid than health of the patient, but reap what you sow but a customer voice can go a long way. I never go with calling people prejudice but all of Griffin Homecare staff showed me that there are still those type people out there.

Poor communication. Poor customer service. Very vague when I asked what my out of pocket expense would be and would never give me a solid answer. Just that I’d pay a small monthly payment for about a year, then I’d own the Cpap. After paying $53 a month for a year, they still said I owed more. Felt incredibly rushed when picking out a mask, and felt like my questions were not important and the resp. therapist was just ready to go home.

Unable to work with the staff here. They were very unhelpful in acquiring a CPAP through my doctor. My insurance company even called me and said they were not able to work efficiently with this facility. I’ve never had an insurance company complain to ME! Easy enough to switch to a helpful service… gone are the days when this place has a monopoly in Griffin.

I've recently been put on oxygen which the hospital ordered from Griffin Homecare. The delivery man was very nice and answered my questions without hesitation. My nasal tube is getting brittle so I called to order some new ones. The girl that answered the phone gave me short answers saying they close at 5. Except that day they close at one they do not deliver supplies. I told her I can't get out and asked if they could mail them. Her response "yeah but you'll have to pay the $12 fee". I felt chagrinned at her rudeness in her voice. I currently use Medresources for CPAP and nebulizer supplies. Always extra nice on the phone and helpful to let me know about insurance and when I'm eligible for insurance purposes. I'll be talking to my doctor about transferring my prescription to Medresources.

I got my cpap in December 2022. The motor just burned out. I woke up to a burning smell. When I took the machine back to Griffin Homecare Inc. The representative said there
was nothing wrong with the machine. I turned it on and let it run then she smelled the burning odor. She gave me a refurbished cpap. The refurbished machine was worst. It had a burnt smell and the motor was very loud. I unplugged it and in the process of packing it up. I checked the water tank, it had trash floating in the water. This was a brand new water tank. When I returned this machine I was told by the receptionist that the cpap would be sent back to the manufacturer for repairs. The machine is still under warranty. The customer service at Griffin Homecare Inc was horrible. They don't care about their customers. Now I don't have a cpap to help me sleep. The representative that gave me the dirty refurbished machine would not even take the time to speak to me. I am very disappointed in the service and I want to warn other customers not to use this company. That dirty replacement cpap could have caused me serious medical problems. But that is what the representative gave me to replace my original burnt out cpap.

The rudest office manager I have dealt with. Recently put on oxygen, so I had lots of questions. Because i asked questions, she immediately told me they could fax my prescription to another supplier in Upson county.
