I've been coming to this plasma facility for a while now, and the only reason I keep coming back is Meya. She is absolutely amazing! Not only is she incredibly skilled and professional, but her personality and character are what truly set her apart. Every time I see her, it’s a pleasant experience. Meya makes the whole process enjoyable, and I genuinely look forward to my visits because of her. She’s an absolute gem, and I can’t recommend her enough!

I arrived @7:45 am. I can see employees walking around. Enjoying personal conversations. Two of I know saw me, they stepped inside door in front of donation station. I said hello at 5 times. Then an annoyed young lady approached the counter as if I was bothering her. I explained a card was left for me, it was taped to the counter. She gave it to me. I completed the questionnaire. Was given a error message. A young lady approached the counter and said " we are not accepting new donors." I replied " I am not a new donor." She continued to explain the computer said I needed a physical. Professionally I was wondering why the employee could not start with that. Clearly, I was the system advised the person who completed who completed questionnaire is due for a physical. I turned to walk away as I pushed the door, she asked "I asked if I wanted to make an appointment?" I'm thinking again. Why wouldn't you lead with that question? Training is needed. Today I encountered employees who clock in for a check on Friday. There was no care or concern, no hospitality, no friendless, no professionalism. They do not wear name tags, so you cant say who you interacted with. Of course a gerneric reply will be added in response apologizing. I fell like I should expect bad customer . An apology is not enough. A simple greeting would be nice. Hi, Good morning, thank you for coming in today. How can i help you. I see you need a physical unfortunately on Sundays that service is not provided, may i set you an appointment? SMH #waitingforcheckonfriday

Samples take too long. And noticed they treat people differently with that hotel being across the street. I just got out of phlebotomy school, I was tested 2-3 weeks before hand since I knew people were going to be “sticking” me. If a sample was needed, nobody should have to wait an hour plus for you all to say you get $10. Yet I did not receive anything. You all also lied and said you all are testing for my protein THATS ILLEGAL AND SHOULD TELL PEOPLE YOU ARE TESTING FOR STDs!! Compared to other places, you all are pretty dead/slow and now I see why. I knew how valuable plasma/protein really is for about 10 years now $200 for the first week. Is all you should be getting from these HEALTHY PEOPLE!
Stop asking for full socials over the phone but cannot help anybody. This process honestly isn’t worth it.

I wouldn’t recommend this plasma center. The donation process is incredibly slow. I came in as a new donor today, and it took over two hours just to get to the donation chair. Most of that time was spent sitting around, watching staff walk back and forth without much happening. The payout structure is also disappointing. The first two donations pay $100 each, but after that, the pay drops significantly. The next week, you only get $50 for the first donation and $70 for the second. So the only real promo is the $200 you get in your first week. There was a time when you could make an extra $1,000 a month donating plasma, but it’s definitely not worth the time or hassle anymore—especially with the long drive and traffic on Jimmy Carter Blvd. The short manager with the brown bob was rude and unprofessional, which made the experience even worse. To top it all off, after spending 3 hours and 22 minutes in the plasma donation center, they tried to pay me out $75, claiming I was a returning donor. Keep in mind, I asked about the new donor fees and payout four different times throughout the process. At most plasma centers, once you haven’t donated for six months, you start over and are considered a new donor in their system. There was no empathy for the fact that they completely wasted almost 4 hours of my morning. Let me be clear—I didn’t even need the money. The money from this donation was meant for something I’m saving up for, but the way they handled everything was incredibly frustrating. DO NOT donate here unless you absolutely need the pennies.

I got the pleasure of having vitals taken, as well as being taken off the machine by Mary. I have to say, I really like the way she works! She was very friendly and informative. I told her that they have trouble getting my blood pressure to read and she gave me helpful tips such as making sure they are using the right cuff and placing it high enough on my arm. Then at the end, she took me down and counted down, one, two, three, before removing the needle, which most people do not do. Those simple pieces of communication made my experience better and I hope I get to work with her again.

The experience here is always great! From the front desk to the there is always a good vibe and helpful staff in here. Nae , Pearl and Trina are the truth as well as the rest of the staff they all deserve raises! You are educated on the process of donating and they are available for any questions you may have. I also like how you are pushed in directions to choose a more healthier life. Come check em out!

Was not greeted and they literally were making fun of me. I understand people have problems, but at least be respectful and meaningful. Only thing I wanted to do was donate and help others.
