First-time donor and last time. I went in at a scheduled appointment at 10:00 they took me in at 12. Short staff so timing may be off which is understandable. Now this is the concern while I was donating my machine kept saying high blood pressure and the white light kept flashing. The phlebotomist looked over and didn't even check and it went on for 10 minutes until I asked what was happening. The guy saw my arm which was swollen and proceeded to touch the area and said I had an IV infiltration and stuck my other arm to continue the donation. All he said was to keep it elevated and ice it. Didn't offer any ice while the procedure continued on other arm. Three days my arm is swollen I called and asked for ppotential signs and symptoms that I should be aware of and if I could speak to the Nurse Practitioner maybe she could assess my arm. (The NP said in the evaluation she would answer any questions for follow-up if I called) The front desk very nonchalantly said there was nothing they could do and I couldn't speak to the NP, no point in me coming to the office. They told me to go to my primary doctor if I felt it was a concern. Very unprofessional. These pictures are from the 8th of September. And I went in on August 31. Good facility and the bare bones staff does their best.. But when you schedule an appointment and sit in the waiting room for 45 minutes you begin to wonder what was the point of even making an appointment.

Had to edit the review.. make than an hour waiting instead of 45 minutes. Have y'all thought about hiring people? Maybe paying better if you're having a hard time hiring.

I been coming here for more than 2 years I give 4 stars because is a good place to go to get extra money that is great. But the counter is always been very slow. It don't matter is I come with a appointment or as a walk in. Sometimes I been setting alone and I can be there for a minute. If counter work fast with people it will be the greatest place to go. And is not ok to skip people that been there for hours waiting just to pass someone because the know them .

This was my first time visiting Grifols, and I want to thank them for their professionalism during my donation process. The manager, Shan, was incredibly nice and welcoming. She came out to greet me and ensure that I was comfortable. Keep up the good work!

I was a new donor. Showed up on time for my appointment with everything required. I waited 2 hours to finally be helped. 30 min it took to add my info into the computer then was told it would be at least another 3-4 hours because someone called out & they were short staffed. I had to leave. They should have notified appointments & cancelled them. People come there donating their time & my time was not respected at all. Wasted 2 1/2 hours of my day & didn’t even get through the new donor process to even donate. I likely will not be back. I felt this was inexcusable & disappointing.

I’ve been coming here since the beginning of the year. It’s a great way to help the community and make a couple extra bucks. This location is a clean and efficient place with lots of friendly staff one of them being ANA! Some times I get nervous about who’s going to prick me because I can have difficult veins but Ana did a great job!! She was fast and it didn’t hurt one bit!!! The flow didn’t stop and it was a successful donation! 10/10 would recommend her to anyone nervous about needles.

Clean facility for most part. But it's pretty sad how they don't answer any of the phone calls after 5:30 even though they're still open till 6:00 p.m.. It's way too long of a process as new patient they should make it easier and then you'll want to donate. DONT BE TOO Honest... They'll make you do 10 other things that that human next to you lied ABOUT so she could get paid today and doesn't care about others. Sad but true. SMH

I’ve been donating for about a year now and Lex has always taken good care of me, I love how she’s always happy, takes time to answer questions. Also Anna is a sweetheart I’ve just gotten to know her she’s a pleasure. I felt no pain at all when she set me up. Thanks ladies
