Unable to get appointments that were needed at Tyndall; and the Gulf County Health Department was able to accommodate our family very quickly and professionally. We were very thankful to have this option when our son needed to be seen with short notice. Everyone was very courteous and went out of their way to be helpful. It was a nice break from military healthcare.

Went in to see if my insurance could be accepted there the reseptionest was VERY VERY rude I didn't know she was"on lunch" BC she was "ON THE PHONE!" I was trying to be nice and wait told her I just had a question she asked me what my question was I showed her the paper she RUDELY took it from me with an attitude I will NEVER go there again! Unless you get a different reseptionist!! This was for the dental part just to be clear!

This facility is called Pancare Health now. Same rude people though, especially after Hurricane Michael. When I called and told the lady at medical that I needed more insulin, she hung up on me. Not only are they rude, but how are you a healthcare facility that keeps running out of the very medicine that your patients need? It makes you look bad. People can die waiting on you. I gave y'all one star because I can't get past the rudeness and unprofessional attitude of some of your staff. Fix that, and maybe y'all will get 2 stars.

The Health Department is not the same as PanCare, but was in the same building at one time. I love the staff and services offered here!
