I have posted before about this pharmacy 5 stars ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Again because I actually love ❤️ this place they always have meds never a wait or out of stock you’re in and out Walgreens is an absolute nightmare that’s why I left them terrible please go here they’re kind good people all the girls are fantastic they actually care about you if you hate Walgreens please try them you’ll never go back to Walgreens or CVS again

Friendly service. Looks like a mom and pop type shop and they have a bunch of cool beach stuff for sale in the store while you’re waiting for your prescription. Everyone was really nice and I only had to wait about five minutes for my prescription to be filled. Not to mention other pharmacies seem to be out of my medication but this pharmacy had it in stock. Would definitely come here again.

Paid full price for a new cpap mask just so I wouldn’t have to support the other “oxygen” place in Naples. I’ve called Gulf Shore Apothacery multiple times and actually get ahold of someone to talk to. They’re experts in what they do and actually took the time to listen to my needs and fix the mistake of another company in town. Whitney and Karen were great and this company is great. See them for your CPAP supplies.

Do not patron this pharmacy! These are bad people. First, they wanted to charge me extra for my prescription because they said my insurance wouldn’t cover it in full. When I called my insurance company to see if that was true my insurer says said no, they would indeed cover the medication with a copay. My insurer then called on my behalf to this pharmacy and confirmed they would pay. These guys told my insurer they would fill the prescription but then… and get this… they turned around and lied to me and said they “sold out” in the meantime! A bold faced lie because they previously said to the insurer that they would take care of it! I could go on with their lies - including them saying “their phones went down” when refusing to answer my insurance carrier’s follow up calls.

People like this do not deserve to be in business!

I highly recommend this pharmacy, our family has used them happily for decades and saved thousands versus the national chain pharmacies. They also deliver medication which the perfect option if you are sick or if you just don't want to drag yourself to the pharmacy. That doesn't mean you should skip out on visiting the shop! It has great beauty products and fun/unique gift and beach items as well.

This is the best, most amazing, accommodating pharmacy I have ever been to in my entire life! The staff is polite, calls you when your script is ready, answers the phone without going through a push dial system, and is just nothing better than fantastic!

I received fabulous help from Marlene. She was persistent in resolving a difficult issue that I had with another pharmacy. She contacted my insurance company and the other pharmacy to work it out. She exceeded my expectations.
