I wanted to share with you my utmost gratitude for the above and beyond attention and care that I received from various employees on Thursday, January 30th from Lactation consultants Jennifer and Rachel, and from intake employee Najarit (sorry if I misspelled that).
The care that I received from these individuals was so incredibly appreciated at a difficult moment for me. I was really struggling with breast-feeding My daughter, so Jennifer and Rachael went out of their way to help me during such a stressful time by calmly and with a lot of patience helping me figure out how to do it right and how to handle my baby. It was a success and I am now so much more confident in my breastfeeding abilities. Then, Najarit helped me with my benefits and provided me with all the information I needed in a quick and extremely efficient manner. All of these individuals were also very warm and extremely willing to help me further if I needed it.

I’m very thankful overall!!

I called to make an appointment, and the thing (I can't even call it human) that took the call was very rude for no reason; it seems it was unhappy with its job or something because we didn't do anything to it. It was very sarcastic for no reason, and overall, it was just hateful. If your life is miserable, please don’t take it out on other people, much less your own customers who give you jobs. If I ever make an appointment here again and the same thing takes my call, then there will be a problem. If I could give it 0 stars I would.

Just got yelled at & hung up by a representative from the Health Department (who would not give her name) while asking questions making an appointment for the updated booster VACCINE. She had a very HEAVY accent - hard to understand yelling & screaming into the phone which made her accent even worse. Said Pfizer wasn’t available due to the company stop making it. I called back and learned you can still get “Pfizer” it’s just that the Health Department doesn’t offer it anymore.

The young lady and I can’t remember her name but she helped me with wic for my grandkids in Nov. she was the best.
