Dean came over to perform a warranty repair on my LG OLED television. Very knowledgeable and professional. Would recommend him highly.

We had our new LG washer 29 days when it completely flooded the laundry room.
LG required us to use this company or it would void the warranty. When I called he was not only rude but before he even looked at the washer he said it was the fault of the installers and not the fault of LG. It took him 15 days to come out. He said the report will state it was not LGs fault, so we would probably not be reimbursed by LG but we could try to get Lowes to reimburse the damage costs.
It was very apparent he worked for LG (he even stated he did) and his main goal was to make it so LG didnt have to pay/reimburse us for the damages the new LG washer caused. Luckily, we took a video of him opening the washer and it was clear two of the hoses had come loose - and hadn't been clamped down properly. He then said it looked like the washer had been tampered with but he conviently "forgot" to take pictures showing that the lid was "askew." When he realized we had a video of him opening the washer he then says maybe the hoses came off during transport. His story/resoning kept changing to keep LG from having to reimburse us for damages.

I would never use this company for anything as I don't believe he has the customers best interest in mind.

The most knowledgeable, responsive repair company we have ever done business with! We had our LG Washer repaired by Habersham Electronics,... scheduled timely, analyzed the potential problems prior to the visit, came with all the parts potentially needed and executed perfectly. We will definitely use Habersham Electronics again!!! Thank u Dean!
