Guys who came to my house a few weeks ago to pick up some large items were beyond exceptional. So appreciative and courteous.

This is such a great organization and very happy that I found them.

Thank you for all that you do to help those in need.

The reason I'm giving only 2 stars is their prices are too high. Their store is filled with great stuff, but they're asking for more money on some items that can be bought else where brand new for less. Yes, this is for a good cause, BUT they'd make more sales if their prices were like they used to be..... more in line with thrift store ranges, 2nd hand goods should not command top dollar. I saw a great pair of used Cabela camo boots, but they were marked at $75! That's crazy! A used backpack for $25.... There was a cute little desk out front marked at $75, similar to one I bought my son from Nextdoor for only $25, just a few years ago & his is much nicer. I know prices have gone up since covid, but come on. The prices should be reasonable, but sadly, they're not.

Wow, what a rip-off. Prices are ridiculously high! Also their classified as non-profit! How is that even legal? The point is, you're claiming it as a Thrift Store? Yet your prices are higher than most retail stores! This is not accepting donations as you claim. You are making a profit from items that are donated to a Thrift Store! Habitat has found a loophole in the system! How is that not considered tax fraud!

The mission of a nonprofit is to contribute a benefit to society rather than to make a profit.
Nonprofits may receive donations from individuals, corporations, and government entities.
To qualify as a tax-exempt nonprofit, the entity must serve the public good, meet filing requirements, be established as a 501(c)(3) or similar type of organization.

I just want to say, I have lived in Citrus County most of my life. I have donated to most of the stores in the Crystal River area. If you want to donate to a place that appreciates it, this is the place. The people that work at the donation drop off are the NICEST, friendliest people. Always seem genuinely happy to be there and happy to take your donations. I drive past another thrift store, just to go here, because of how kind the staff is. 🙂

We recently donated the contents of our late parents home. The crew who came were polite, friendly, and very efficient. We highly recommend this organization.

Beautiful store. Everything was so tidy and well organized. Really great prices on some items but also kind of high prices on others. I was pleasantly surprised at the high-quality feel of this thrift shop. I think anyone looking for a good bargain on home items can find something here.

Way overpriced! There are other real thrift stores in the area, I won't waste my time or fuel to go here again. If EVERYONE is saying you're overpriced, then you're overpriced...
