Dr. Joshi is the best optometrist! He is thorough, attentive, and genuinely cares about his patients’ eye health. I felt well-informed and confident in his recommendations. His supporting staff is fantastic too; for my past 3 visits, I've had the pleasure of speaking with Mitch and Julie, both of whom were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful. They made the whole experience smooth and enjoyable.

Good people and good customer service full of humor. Just need to improve on appointments. Takes long time to get an opening. Sometimes patient may be 2-3 months. Also come up with a better website to make an appointments and to obtain customer feedback. Thanks to Dr. Jen, Mitch, Julie & Marie.

Dr Joshi has been our optometrist for couple of years now, he is very thorough and explains everything in detail. There are times where I could not be there and my husband took my daughter and I needed to speak to Dr directly to go over her treatment - upon request - Dr specially called me and spent good 20 minutes explaining everything again ! He answered all my questions. He is friendly and very professional and has good chair side manners ! Will highly recommend!

Great experience every time. I'm extremely happy with both Dr. Jen & Dr. Joshi. They are very professional, warm, and take the best care of me and other customers from my observation. I was really impressed by Jerry who was very knowledgeable and had the best customer service. Now, I have the same feedback for Mitch, Jerry's replacement after retirement.

I love this bunch! I've been going to Dr. Jen for a few years now and look forward to seeing her every time! She is, of course, a brilliant and capable doctor but her kind demeanor and sweet, friendly personality is what keeps me (and I'm sure all of her patients) coming back!
Mitch and Shawn are also just wonderful guys (Opticians)- so helpful and always make sure I have just what I want/need.
I highly recommend these wonderful folks and this business!

Dr Joshi, Mitch, and the entire crew are first class. I don't even live in the area anymore and drive an hour to see them. I refuse to go anywhere else. Always enjoy visiting this office, and they have taken great care of my wife and I both.
