Did not greet me when I came in the store then proceeded to follow me around the whole time while faking doodling on a blank piece of paper. I told the cashier but I know she didn’t care.

This location is amazing lots of selection. They carry NK cosmetics very happy to find such a great brand here. Very clean store nicely organized ❤

Worst customer service ever!!! We had bought a product like for shaving. Skin tight balm. The reason we purchased this item instead of the lotion is because they started they did not have the lotion at that time. When we got home we realized that the cream we purchased were did not need. So we took the product back a few days later WITH THE RECEIPT And they world not give me a monetary credit back in my card or a store credit. I have been going to this store for several years!!; Unfortunately I will not be going back to this location anymore I feel that it is very sad that they would be willing to lose a patron and risk me putting a negative review online instead of just refunding me back a $10 product.. Do not shoo at this location!!!

If it wasn’t for the variety of products and supplies i wouldn’t shop here and i rarely do. I’ll travel 30 minutes to a better store before i come here. The prices are high and Everyone working has a nasty attitude even the cashiers who just throw your receipt in the bag and basically roll their eyes after they took your money. No one politely greets you or offers help. 95% of their customers are BLACK and we get treated the nastiest. Just a heads up

I had a total of 125 items mostly little girls stuff for my nieces & they wouldn’t let me buy my items because I didn’t have a ID?! I won’t be back I was a frequent and loyal customer. Not for nothing I drove 30mins to come to this particular store! Bad customer service
