La atención médica para persona que hablan solo español no aportan ayuda ninguna y si mi hijo no nos ponemos fuerte evir con una persona que hablara inglés lo sacábamos muerto de allí.

Participé del tour de las facilidades del hospital durante el día de la inauguración. Me impresionó sobremanera el moderno equipo, la tecnología, el tamaño de los cuartos y salas de cirugías, y la seguridad que ofrece el hospital.

I am a medical professional and this is the absolute worst, most unethical care I have ever received. I was involved in a car accident and went to the ER to get checked out. A PA was the attending physician that evening and after 2 hours of waiting and not speaking to anyone including a nurse aside from triage, he came in, spent 2 minutes with me, took a look at pictures from the car accident where the entire back of my car was crushed and the back glass exploded and called it a “little bump”. He offered me ibuprofen to which I declined because that would not even begin to touch the pain I was in. I did not see him again at all. His nurse discharged me, gave me some papers, and told me to take Tylenol and ibuprofen. I looked at my records the next day and they were completely false. He claimed to have spoken to me at length about diagnoses and findings which he absolutely did not. He stated I declined pain medicine when the only thing offered was ibuprofen so my record looks like I wasn’t in pain at all because he was so non specific.He didn’t ask about my pain level and stated it was a 4 when it was more like an 8. I am also a high risk patient who has had surgeries and I have multiple autoimmune diseases and the record says I have no medical issues or surgeries whatsoever. I called patient relations to complain and to ask about getting my record changed and they said they can’t change it because there’s a “template”. I use this template daily at my work because I am also in the medical field and it is 100% editable. This was a horrible experience where I was not taken seriously but the worst part is the FRAUDULENT medical records that the PA wrote to appear like he was a remotely decent physician.

To whom it concern.
On Tuesday the 19 I had surgery on my cervic. Very much pleased until after surgery I was you could say pushed out of the hospital. My family was very upset because not soon as I was taken out of OR I was constantly pushed to wake up if I wanted to go home . As I was so drowsy because the anestesia works inside me very strong, and never experience such a situation where they harass me to wake up I do understand because it’s not the first time I have surgeries. I have experience many. So I know how it works. My brother and daughters had just gone down to get something to eat as soon as I was out and they were not able to eat it because of the rush. My friend just had the same surgery last month with the same doctor and they did not do that they waited until he was wide awake. I do not remember them getting me dress and sitting me in the chair all I heard was you want to go home wake up. I was out of the hospital in less then an hour. I slept all through my ride home and my daughter needed help to get me out because I almost fell. This was not necessary . We knew I was going home but not in such a rush. As I think about it I am very very upset and not please at all. Thank you for the bad service. God bless
