The medication delivery people are rude. One of the women decided to tell the other delivery people that my dog is vicious and would bite them simple because of her breed, she has never given a reason for them to say that she doesn't even bark. The manager of the pharmacy doesn't seen to care about what they do. Its Completely unacceptable, I will be switching pharmacies asap.

Why are there photos of a patient's medication history, with all patient information, posted on their website? Unless they obtained written consent from the patient, this is a direct HIPPA violation. Even so, it's completely unethical and unprofessional to do.

It's a small pharmacy. Always busy. One employee is pretty rude but in spite of that, it is a ok place to get your medications. Pharmacists are friendly and helpful. They also deliver...just have to wait til end of day.

I was looking for a compound pharmacy to fill a script. The pharmacist at Hancock gave me a number to a CT business that supposedly filled orders via phone. After calling it and giving my credit card info over the phone, it ended up being a fraudulent business which resulted in a complete nightmare where I had to cancel two of my credit cards. They should make sure their info is legit before passing it on to the public.
