Dr. Thompson and his team are the best in Harden Valley. Friendly, accommodating, supportive and attentive are some of the best ways to describe the team. I have lived in Knoxville for over 7 years and moved to Chattanooga, but still come back for each visit.

Last year while Dr. Thompson was with his family out of state during Thanksgiving, I was having an eye emergency. His communication and care was as if I was in his office. The support he gave me was truly above and beyond. That is just the type of caring physician that he is.

Dr Thompson is very knowledgeable and thorough. I have seen him for reg eye checks and cataracts and many other eye issues like dry eye. Everything I see him for he has helped me with. His staff is very professional and helpful as are his staff helping with glasses. I highly recommend Dr Thompson and his practice.

From the time you arrive till you leave the entire staff are involved with your visit..Dr Thomas is the Best, great personality..all the ladies are glad to help with picking out your new glasses and Jenny was fun to talk and work with..I’m new to the area and the staff were eager to help give me places to get settled in the area. Thank you all for a most pleasant visit, can’t wait to see you all when I pick up my new glasses. 🤓 🤗👍
