I'd used Dr. Kleindorfer for years. Once he announced retirement and that Dr. Havera was taking over, I figured I'd give him a shot. Dr. Havera is great; he's kind and open, and answered all the questions I had. The office staff is absolutely wonderful. I had to reschedule initially and the gentleman who helped was great in finding a day and time that fit in my schedule. I had no clue what style of glasses I was looking for; the lady who helps with the ordering process was extremely patient and helpful. They were spot on with the expected wait time for my glasses to come in. The lady who helped make sure my frames fit comfortably was kind and had them fitting perfect in no time.

Dr. Havera and his staff are wonderful. I went in for an eye exam in late 2021 and was looking for new glasses and sunglasses. Everyone was incredibly kind and helpful. They have a wide selection of options. The glasses fit really well, and I see great. I couldn't be happier with the experience.

I started going here 2 year ago, but never thought about writing a review until now. The main thing I love about this place is that everyone is super friendly & inviting. They are always willing to help & respond quickly to questions. Yet that isn't all, I took my boyfriend yesterday for the first time & because they were having problems with his insurance, they offered discounts on some things to help him out & they let me sit in the eye testing room with him. Everywhere else I've been to they wouldn't let you go to the eye test room unless I was related to that person. Last of all I'm a artist so I love having glasses that are different than your typical pair, other glasses place I've gone to, I never really see weird shaped glasses a
Or cool designs, it's normally 5 shapes and just different colors, but here they have normal frames and unique frames that bring out the artsy side of me.

Dr. Havera is very caring and takes his time with his patients. He is professional, knowledgeable, and listens to concerns. The girls in the office are super sweet and really take time to help you pick out your frames and are knowledgeable with different lense/frame options. The office has TONS of different frame choices from several different well known brands such as Michael Kors. Wouldn’t go anywhere else!
