I've had two experiences here. The first time they threw some pills at me and told me to go away. The second time, optometry waited until my appointment time and refused to see me, because they're evidently not required to provide an eye exam.

I have needed medical treatment for months and have not been able to make an appointment. The woman on the appointment line repeats “I have no appointments for this provider at this time” and becomes rude and agitated when I ask what that means or when one is available.

Great staff. Extremely simple process to be seen and receive care. Try not to go during peak hours. Make an appointment and there is very little wait. Even if you don’t make an appointment, they will squeeze you in if there are any times open, same day. Treatment and farmacy in the same location.

Military medical facility, terrible customer service, prolonged wait times and no genuine care. You make an appointment and arrive 30 mins prior and you still won't be seen till 30 mins after your appointment. Had to hand walk Soldiers over to personally speak to the provider about why Soldiers are coming to see them with serious injuries and are being turned away with motrin and walk at your own pace for a month instead of further examination like X-Rays, MRIs or seeing a specialist.

this place is awful. the quality of care you get is extremely substandard. when going to sick call they schedule you for an appointment weeks from the injury then the facility cancels thus giving no care at all.

PSA: PLEASE FILE ICE COMPLAINTS, GO TO PATIENT ADVOCACY, SPEAK TO THE SECTIONS SUPERVISOR BUT I SAY AGAIN FILE ICE COMPLAINTS IF YOU ARE UNSATISFIED WITH YOUR SERVICE. Those who aren’t familiar with ICE comments, ICE is a service that wants your feedback on the services provided by the DoD. It doesn’t just have to be the hospital. It can be the TMC’s, bowling alleys, etc.Your voice needs to be heard. If you’d like to file anonymously you can do that as well. You can go online for Fort Stewart Ice complaint or you can complete a ice comment from one of the ice papers you see in these facilities. Please do not hesitate. Some people think it’s pointless to complete the ice comments “ no one is going to read them” trust me they do.

Usually kind of busy but you can get in and out quickly. The pharmacy is pretty fast too. You just got to make sure you get there early in the morning.

Specifically, LT Coston and the ombudsmen, Ms. Mitchell, are worthless. Coston is a joke of a physician, not even taking the time to examine his active duty military patients, but criticizes and judges them on looks as to their health. Mitchell just doesn't do her job. No follow through and lies to get by.
