If I could give zero stars I would. This place has gone down hill since they got rid of Dr. Grant.
You know it's bad when you spend half of your appointment time in the exam room waiting. While you can hear your Dr. talking so loudly on the phone with someone else giving advice about a mental health issue when he's not a Psychiatrist. Then he rushes what little time he spent with you in the exam room because he's late for his lunch. I could literally hear him bitching about me to one of the nurses before saying how maybe he could finally get something to eat.
Maybe if he learned to manage HIS time better he wouldn't be late to lunch.

Friendly Staff, No waiting time, My Nurse Practitioner Stephanie takes her time to listen and very Knowledgeable shows deep concerns on every Medical illnesses I’ve experience. My Psychologist, Michelle makes me feel safe to my dealings with PTSD that I’ve been suffering for quite awhile. Through all my experience after all these years, I’ve finally feel like I’ve found my safe place.

it's not what it use to be that's for sure! I don't go here for myself personally but my father does and I was bringing my son here. I wanted it to be our family doctor's but it's more of a; if you're desperate and can't get into a real doctor's office place to go! Very unfortunate because it is so close and convenient. Don't get me wrong there are a couple great nurses/staff but overall not a place I would recommend. This is only my opinion based on my own experiences.

All of the nurses were super nice to my face but I could hear them laughing and joking when they were talking to one another about why i was there. My visit was almost 3 weeks ago and i cant get anyone of them to 1.) Answer the phone or 2.) Call me back. I need my test results and it's very upsetting. I feel like I'm not being taken seriously at all

Outstanding facility for rural Americans. In our case little or no income. Result of everything that's going on. My wife had a dental emergency and they were able to get her right in and remove the problematic tooth. Thanks guys and God bless.
