As I approach my 60s, I have rare occasions now where I wake up in the morning and a feeling of nausea sets in accompanied by a feeling of light vertigo. I have come to Health From Within twice with this feeling in the past 6 months and both Dr. Brian and Dr. Nick have adjusted my neck and the relief is immediate. I walked out of the office symptom free. The exercises and adjustments have really helped me, and I would recommend to anyone visiting them to improve your feeling of well being.

HFW has been a blessing to myself and my mother on so many levels both big and small alike! The staff are not just staff they are family. They are so helpful and polite helping you with adjustments in both your spine and in life with making healthier changes for better sleep... cleaning products for the house or laundry.... and healthier options for food! They also help you in guiding you toward better options when your sick and going through medical issues! Theyve helped me toward weight loss, when I'm under the weather,
menstrual issues, and work injuries! They have renewed my body and spirit for sure. I recommend you give them a try I was nervous at first when I joined as I didn't want to be in anymore pain. I was also nervous and leery wondering if it truly worked or having someone touch my spine, but you won’t be disappointed!!! I have turned 2 of my coworkers toward them and they have begun to heal and feel better too!
