They have an decent selection of natural products but unfortunately their customer service skills are very poor. They don't greet you when you walk in nor when ringing up your items.

I don't feel like a simple hello is to much to ask when I'm spending at least $100 per week in their store.

It cost more to get my favorite natural items online and I prefer to shop locally. But every visit the customer service says I'm not welcome or valued.

And I work too hard for my money to spend it at places like this.

Very fitting for Montgomery. This is how many businesses here are unfortunately.

I have been shopping here for years. I love health wise because you can find wonderful natural products to prevent illnesses. Plus they have a wonderful choice of healthy teas, fruits and vegetables. The staff is very knowledgeable and helpful. You will not be disappointed when you come here.

Cashiers were rude & cold, nothing like the original owners who were personable & helpful. Product still out after 3 weeks- colon cleanser. Taking my business to Prattville health foods. Inventory is better & the shopping experience is always uplifting

While on vacation I needed a few things for my natural hair and skin business. They had good reviews so I decided to give them a try, good parking and not crowed. This isnt a large store, but they had everything that I needed. Lot of vitamins, fresh herbs, seeds, plant based items to choose from. The staff was very kind and knowledgeable. Yes I would shop here again.

I love herbs and new vitamins where else can you go get free read abouts few free vitamin samples The workers very honest about products and they just dont give a false answer to make a dollar your health is important to them

i have been doing business with Health Wise Foods since 2010 when i discovered the store while taking Hot Yoga classes in the basement. Then when i got sick.... i became a frequent customer. The owners, Management and staff have all been supportive, friendly, professional and knowledgeable throughout my journey. They have been in business 30 years, and have never exhibited any prejudice against anyone. I was homeless 18 months and they knew it, and helped me to get the best products for my needs to keep me functioning during that time.

Due to my chronic babesia flares, i have been unable to wear a mask during the ongoing pandemic, and all of the staff have been very helpful getting my products and bringing them out to my vehicle. I love the fact that they care about their customers and have gone above and beyond during this time to make sure that those of us who are immune compromised have the natural treatments we need even if we are unable to wear a mask.

Additionally, i love their knowledge. When i have a weird symptom that im not sure what to do about, they give me suggestions, as well as warnings on contraindications. Both in person and via Facebook. Healthwise is where i send everyone!
