Pesima atencion al cliente tenia una cita a las 9.45 y me llamaron a las 8.10 del mismo dia para cancelarla en el departamento de ginecologia me colgaron la llamada y no me contestan mas el telefono pesima atencion este es el lugar mas malo y de pesima atencion al publico .

I have to say Dr. Peña has been with my mom for many years and Dr. Peña is an excellent doctor she is just working for the wrong practice. This clinic is the worst they never send records they never know how to attend to the clients, all the girls there do not know how to work at all. All they do is sit around and eat and gossip all day. Wouldn’t recommend the office to anyone.

This place is absolutely appalling. I have been trying to get my parents in for an appointment for months. I have called to make an appointment and the office has called the day of to cancel. They re scheduled the appointments and those appointments were canceled the day of or the day before. This has happened 3 times! My mom was very sick and called to see if she could see the doctor and they told her to walk in and she will be seen. They drove to the office in the morning and were told they would not be seen. They are now heading to the ER. This is no way to run a business and treat patients. ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE!!! We will not be calling back to see these doctors. The office is for Dr. Marlene Gonzazlez. Don't even bother calling or walking in, you will never be seen.
