I typically like to wait to write my reviews to see how things progress after time. I was given 2 local Audiology offices to choose from via FLVR. I read the reviews for both. While this office is further from where I live, I liked what I read online about this office. Dr. Mary Burton is phenomenal, as are the rest of the staff. She knew exactly what type of hearing loss I have, what would suit this severe/profound cookie bite loss that has progressed over time and how best to get my needs met quickly (I was leaving the state). There was a time I needed to come in for a new left aid mold, Dr. Burton was out. I saw Dr. Alina who was equally understanding and helpful. In addition to the HA's they took action to provide me with additional testing for moisture/pressure in the left ear that comes/goes, set me up w/a captioning phone at home, they helped me discover new tools/apps that could be utilized for my loss and helped with employment accommodation documentation. I highly recommend this Dr. of Audiology Offices over any other I have seen in the last 30 plus years of wearing aids.

Our audiology assistant (Athena O'Connor) was very kind and professional. She explained every step of the examination process and did it in a caring manner. My father felt comfortable with her.

When I first noticed my diminishing hearing capability I went to a couple of different audiologists. Neither seemed to connect with me and what my concerns were. Then I went to Dr. Mary Burton. Immediately her process was to listen to my concerns and needs, do some evaluation work, and then help me find hearing instruments that were both effective for me and within my budget. That was a few years ago.
She continues to help me enhance my hearing and is concerned about my needs. I have referred several friends to her and all have been extremely pleased. She is fantastic and gets a A+++++ rating from me!

I've been wearing hearing aids for over 30 years, and I've never had a better audiologist than Dr. Burton. She always listens to your concerns and tries to program hearing aid and cochlear implant to improve hearing situations. She's the best and kindest anywhere.

I was referred here from my ENT and I’m glad she did. As soon I walked in, I was greeted and checked in. Once I was called back, the lady was so nice. She could probably tell I was nervous but she talked me through it. And because she was so easy to talk to, we discovered more symptoms. She listened to me and made me feel I wasn’t alone with my sudden hearing loss. I forgot to get her name and when I came back, she was with her next patient. Thank you so much for listening to me and making me feel comfortable.

Just another "check the box" type pf veteran evaluation appointment, The audiologist did't introduce herself, I had to ask her name after being seated in the sound booth !! Look, I'm not expecting much as its a one time thing. I do expect as a patient to have a simple at best interaction...
